Awful customer compensation!
I was happy when purchasing on 7/23. I made an order for $2,331.53. Everyone was kind then. Until, I went into my credit card with the room place and only had $645 available. I was approved for $4,900. I called Comenity and they told me to go into the store. So I went into the store to sit on the phone with comenity for 1hr. I was charged once for the merchandise order and again for the total sales charge. If you understand credit, you’ll know the utilization rate matters. Furthermore, are you guys aware of how easy it is to lower a credit score versus how hard it’ll be to bring it back up?
So in short, I need to wait 90 days for a dispute, pay double the minimum balance until then, and let you guys ruin my credit, and still pay full price whenever it’s solved? (Sounds like theft/fraud) How do I, the customer win here, when I’m the only one paying for your mistake!? From my understanding you should do everything to make your customer happy and instead you can’t do anything to resolute this problem.
