The service was horrible
The service was horrible. I even went to a different location thinking I would get better service however it was just as bad at the second location. I now know it’s just the company as a whole that sucks and doesn’t value customer service If giving no stars was an option that is what I would chose

Corby’s ability to understand my vision for the necklace was exceptional. She was incredibly patient throughout the process, ensuring every detail was aligned with my expectations. Her commitment to delivering excellence within a tight timeframe was evident, as she managed to have my necklace ready well before my doctoral graduation in early May, which I had been anxiously anticipating. Not only did Corby meet the deadline, but she also kept the project just $100 over my budget, which was a pleasant surprise given the usual expenses associated with custom jewelry. Her professional demeanor and attentive service made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Reflecting on a previous experience, I had first approached Reeds Jewelers back in 2020 to design my engagement ring—an elegant oval diamond set in a gold band. That initial collaboration set the stage for my trust and confidence in their service, leading me to return for my necklace. Corby was a bonus!! Warranty Card not stamped
Warranty Card not stamped. The reeds website claims buying this watch comes with tissot's 24 monty warranty. But since the warranty card is not stamped when I got it, I basically got no warranty.
