I was able to get the Tudor watch I wanted
I was able to get the Tudor watch I wanted shipped to me overnight when I ordered online. I initiated the purchase after discussion with a representative via text. Very responsive enabling me to make a decision quickly. They followed through until delivery. Very good experience and without having to drive a two hour round trip to the store...I live in a rural area.

Not overnight…
I truly wish that when you pay for overnight shipping that it was in fact overnight, I paid for overnight and waited three days before I called, when I asked where the package was they said it will be shipped after it is processed… not exactly overnight.

This company sold us faulty jewelry
This company sold us faulty jewelry, 2 bracelets that broke within 2 days of receiving them, not at the clasp but in between the hearts. One bracelet was lost due to the way it was made and I tried to replace it before anyone knew to save their feelings. The 2nd bracelet broke within 1 hour almost falling down the toilet bowl. I returned the 2nd bracelet but this company did nothing about the first bracelet and we were charged almost $600.00 with no compensation. I am very disappointed at the way this was handled. This was my first gold piece from them and I have very sensitive skin. I've purchased from other places and turned green or had a full allergic rxn. This ring is REAL and BEAUTIFUL. I absolutely love it!!! Now, to speak on the experience. I ordered online, BUT there is a whole "unboxing experience" with your purchase and the intricate details with the shipment make it more memorable and personable. Thank you REEDS!!!
