Customer service has been great so far!
I received my Pandora ring and when I opened it, there was a stone missing from the ring. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond and make the situation right. They sent me a label and promised to replace the ring at no cost. I loved how receptive, quick, and kind that they were in rectifying the situation!

Looks like vending machine jewelry
The picture was zoomed in on the necklace when i got it it looked like it came out of a vending machine. $400 isn’t extremely expensive for a necklace but the cost to value is a joke.

Cheaply made
My engraving on rings were so small you needed a magnifying glass to see it. The "stones " were small as hell too. Just horrible quality all around and I got that back to back with 2 separate orders. They were returned !!

Horrible Experience
I still have not recieved one of my wedding bands. My fiance and I went in early February to order our weddings bands and something got messed up and now my ring is not shipping out until April 1st... Our wedding day is April 6. This has been a nightmare.
