This company sold us faulty jewelry
This company sold us faulty jewelry, 2 bracelets that broke within 2 days of receiving them, not at the clasp but in between the hearts. One bracelet was lost due to the way it was made and I tried to replace it before anyone knew to save their feelings. The 2nd bracelet broke within 1 hour almost falling down the toilet bowl. I returned the 2nd bracelet but this company did nothing about the first bracelet and we were charged almost $600.00 with no compensation. I am very disappointed at the way this was handled.
