Customer service has been great so far!
I received my Pandora ring and when I opened it, there was a stone missing from the ring. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond and make the situation right. They sent me a label and promised to replace the ring at no cost. I loved how receptive, quick, and kind that they were in rectifying the situation!
