I CALLED AND TOLD THIS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE ASSURED ME AS LONG AS IT WAS PAID BY THE 23RD OF THIS MONTH THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. Well for starters I bought 4 comps my credit score is a1 but yet bread seems to only give me 2300 in credit thats 1 2 is is you buy parts that when you go to build a comp says GeForce gtx but is msi parts thats in my opinion is terrible don't really like the fact they say its something when its not other thing is customer service is good but kinda bad why when a company prebuilds a comp for a customer do they not set suppliers warranty up for customers I had to do it thats bad 4 I moved on to nzxt builds they give you what you by definition pay for last comp that I buy from here a customer of almost 8 years not returning due to shady customer service

do they hire teenagers for customer service reps? i have told them three times my credit limit reflects a purchase that was never made. they admit the purchase was never made - theyve told me so three times. however, my limit continues to reflect purchases they have admitted did not happen!! there is a level of stupidity here i cannot put to words.

Ugh, just UGH
Well I helped a friend of mine with MY credit get one your shift pod tents and then she ends up never using it and then skips out on paying the money so I ended up paying the rest of it, and every time the my stupid friend was late with her payment you people called me every god damn time and it was really annoying and I wanted to thrash you people every time you called. And you people disguise your phone numbers to make it look like a local call and it wasn't it was you people! Super f***ing annoying. Honestly I don't even know if the tent is good or not.

You can't use credit cards to make payments so I couldn't get my points. Had to you a debt card. If your going to take debt cards take credit cards!!!! What is the difference really!!!!!!!!! Zero stars-- Account verification and customer service are awful
I have used zero interest payments to make many large purchases over the years from furniture to bicycles, even a kayak. So when I wanted to buy a solar set up for my camping trailer I thought it would make sense to spread it out. They offered getbread which I'd not heard of,but given a very high credit score I thought piece of cake. I uploaded my REAL id as requested, and then got a reply saying more information was needed to verify my identity. It was the weekend so I figured I'd now need to wait til monday. I didn't hear from them Monday so called on Tuesday. They asked me 4 ridiculous questions about people I might know (not previous addresses, or vehicles owned, etc...). I didn't recognize any of the names but then I know thousands of people but I surely don't remember them all. So none of their questions would rule in my identity. 48 hours or so later I get an email with a rejection notice, saying they . When I call they can't give me any information and on top of that were quite rude and dismissive of my concerns and would not provide me the ability to speak with a supervisor. I will never ever consider them again.

Terrible user and customer experience
I’m in the process of changing my name and absentmindedly registered (via a form for an estimate, which was not obviously registration) with my new name, and the address that populated was the address I’m sending the sofa I’m purchasing to which is where I’m moving to, and they wouldn’t let me change these to what matches my current ID and I couldn’t make a new account because this one had my SSN on it, so they couldn’t verify my identity and wouldn’t let me create a new account with the name on my id.

Bread's inadequate customer service
A kitchen renovation project that I have been working on for one month with CliqStudio has been a first-rate experience in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and agreeability. By contrast, I wish I could say the same about my shorter, exhaustive, and frustrating experience with their financing partner, Bread. That experience has left me with a very negative opinion of Bread customer service. Despite being pre-qualified by Bread for a 12-months 0% financing promotion, having an excellent credit history (845 average score based on two rating agencies), providing name, address, date of birth, social security number, driver’s license proof of identity, and answering four identity verification questions, my credit request was denied. The reason given was Bread’s inability to verify my identity. This is not only perplexing, given the identity verification items of information I submitted and my excellent credit history, but it also reveals Bread's inflexible identity verification process. A subsequent 18-minute conversation with a customer service manager named Mickey, requesting a review of the decision, albeit courteous, proved to be futile. She finally agreed reluctantly to pass on my request to the Director of Customer Service for a call to discuss this matter. However, given several mentions that she would be unable to guarantee that I would receive a return call (imagine that from a customer service manager), I am not confident that my request will be acted upon expeditiously or even reach the intended person, and time is of the essence for this project. I was particularly annoyed and frustrated by Mickey’s dogmatic and inflexible manner. Considering that I had been operating on only two hours of sleep the previous night, I suppose it is possible I might have inadvertently answered one of the four credit verification questions incorrectly. However, as if she couldn't be bothered, she did not even suggest another form of identity verification and refused to submit my credit request for another review. I believe this reflected a rigidity that resulted in very inadequate customer service. Therefore, I have rated my experience with Bread, 1/5, with 5 being the highest. So, buyers beware and consider other sources of financing to avoid any last-minute lender surprises that may be associated with an otherwise more favorable merchant shopping experience.

Would never use again
Would never use again. Made my first payment a week before the due date. I was still sent notices that my payment was past-due. Even though in the system, the payment was reflected on the account. Ended up just paying the rest of the balance off as I did not want to deal with the company anymore. Stay Away!
