Order never delivered
It’s been well over a month since I placed a fairly large order with this company - I have kept checking my order status for updates but there have been none (nor sent to me). I reached out multiple times to the Contact email and heard nothing back. I’m quite upset as I spent a lot of money on this order that I’ve yet to hear any updates on. If someone from the Like My Choice company could please get back to me then next steps can be taken.

Buyer beware
Ordered a white dress 5/09. On 6/1 I received a completely see through beige dress that was poorly made. The neck piece was sewn upside down. The bodice is misshapen. The picture on the Internet is not the same dress that was sent. It cost me $58 and I have to pay to send it back. Buyer beware. This company is a scam.

Total scam!
Do not order here. I ordered a dress but it is nothing like the picture as shown on the website. A white-blue dress which turned out with a pink glow?! I am furious and currently trying trying to get my money back, but they refuse to coorporate. They only offer 10% refund, even though the dress is not even as promised! Disrespectful and not according to policy. Pff.

Delivery Fail but Elena Succeeded
I recently ordered a dress from Likemychoice, but unfortunately, it never arrived at my address, and no one mentioned receiving it by mistake. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation—my package was marked as delivered but never showed up. They responded quickly, contacting the delivery service and eventually offering me a full refund in store credit. Elena was incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. Thanks, Elena! SCAMMER!!!!!! This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Their shipping takes forever. The clothes are temu and amazon quality. Threads and buttons are coming lose. The design is not at all like the listing. It's just crap. The site says they do returns but you get this automatic response explaining why you're not eligible (heads up- NOTHING is eligible). I've been in contact with the same customer service person, if it was a real company it would be a team. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Over a month and no items or refund!
I ordered some clothes for holiday over a month ago- my holiday has now happened and nothing has arrived I have asked for a refund and have had no response for 2 weeks. This company is a total joke. Do not buy from them. Still no items received and no refund- they keep emailing that their backend has prepared my order yet it still has not been shipped in 5 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING.

Take it with a grain of salt...
Take this brand with a grain of salt, I was aware of the conflicting reviews here, but still chose to order. Here is an indepth play by play of my experience shopping here for those interested. I placed my order for 3 dresses on April 30 with standard shipping which would take 1-3 days to process and then 6-10 days to ship. I contacted the company on May 7th asking for an update as it had been 7 calendar days and 5 business days, but didn't even receive an email back until May 9th saying my package has been marked as "urgent" and according to the warehouse staff it will "be shipped no later than this week." Great. May 24th I finally receive a shipping confirmation ... so I was lied to. Finally June 2nd it arrived and I got to try things on. I ordered the Casual Sleeveless Ruffle Midi Dress, the Irregular Strap Mini Dress, and 2024ss Sexy Halter Print Casual Dress and all were disappointing. The Casual Sleeveless Ruffle Midi Dress (size M) felt thin and cheap, too short compared to the pictures, and the ruffles on the bottom looked tacky. Funny enough, reverse image search this dress and you can buy the same thing on Amazon for much better quality (I would know because I did just that). The Irregular Strap Mini Dress (size M) was way too small and came in the wrong color, I ordered Blue and got White. And lastly, the dress I was so excited for, the 2024ss Sexy Halter Print Casual Dress. It was also thin and the "corset back" was not even the right length to look like a proper faux corset back, and the top was so frumpy. Weirdly, too much fabric on top, but not thick enough to feel comfortable. Despite everything, I still give 2 stars because I actually reveived the items and was able to contact people who supposedly work there. My opinion though, not worth the money, hassle or stress at the end of the day. Hopefully the return process will be easy...

Biggest scam ever
I ordered on may 16th. Plenty of time to get it by June 8th. They haven’t given an update or sent the package out. The customer service person gives you the run around that someone will be in touch with you in 24 hours. They’ve said this for week. NO manager will ever reach out because this is some back alley company scamming people for their money and hope you will give up and they keep your money. They missed my event and I’ve requested for a refund and they said they have to reach out to a manager to advise?!!! If you don’t deliver a product, refund me. This is robbery!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE
I placed an order over two weeks ago (£200+) & have received no confirmation that it has even been shipped (they advised delivery within 6-10 days). Communications are terrible, unreliable and vague - they have been telling me for a week it has been 'transferred to logistics' or they are 'submitting a request to management'. Complete waste of money and time. Absolute scam.
