00000. Across the board. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. LikeMyChoice has replied to my review below saying that they do their "best" to "meet" customer's requirements. It's a copy & paste reply! They sent me an email offering a 10% REFUND for a package I NEVER received and that they HAVE NOT shipped. Unacceptable and not fair according to your reply. I feel like I'm communicating with a robot!! Didn't realize till NOW that they're based out of China with boutique prices!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY.

The delivery dates are inaccurate. I ordered a dress on 3rd May and it’s taken nearly 3 weeks and it’s still not dispatched! It’s actually too late for me now and I haven’t had an email response to my request for a refund

Took 19 days to dispatch something
Took 19 days to dispatch something, after 10 days I requested it be cancelled 5 times. Customer service was responsive but just to tell me it couldn’t be cancelled. The event has passed so now shipping costs will be incurred on both sides. Checked reviews after this and seems like they rip off another more expensive brands images so god knows what this will be like when it gets here

Orders a dress which was poorly made…
Orders a dress which was poorly made and chest didn’t fit. Contacted to return, got one email but then have requested return label and have emailed daily since. Gone radio silent now. £48 for crap quality and crap customer services. All I wanna do is return and get a refund. I would have never of ordered if I had known they offer no returns policy -oh they do say they have one !!

Wrong sizes arrive, no customer service response as to where to return their mistake
After many weeks of waiting my order #LMC2424570 arrived. The pants were the wrong size, I ordered a large. The bag says medium so do the pants. The top I ordered in medium is definitely a small. I have written everyday as to this problem and how can I return their mistake. No response. Nothing. Will be writing to better business bureau and my bank how to deal with this fraudulent company.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. I have been trying to return an item and they just keep emailing me the same response asking if I want to change the size when I’ve said no. They will not tell me how to return my order, been back and forth with emails for over a week now.

REGRET MY CHOICE
Awful quality (loose threads, holes, stains) and inconsistent sizing. Attempted to return at my own cost, but told I cannot do this. Currently waiting for them to send over information so I can take this to trading standards. It seems like a scam, wish I’d looked at reviews before I spent £170 on items that will have to go in the bin. Steer well clear of this terrible company. I will update this review if I get a resolution but I won’t hold my breath.

the worst online order experience ever
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering online. Ordered LX top received L top in a LX bag. Absolute nightmare to correct it. Ended up filing a fraud complaint with my bank and only then did it get resolved.

Scam
This online shop is a scam!! Delivery time says 7-10 working days but it took over three weeks to receive the item. Was told (via email conversation) that I was able to return the items due to the late delivery. Been emailing back and forward with the company for about ten days know and they still refuse to send me a refund or return label or even a return address. The package came in a plastic sealed pouch like something you’ll get when you by something from a cheap market. However they claim that they only use recycled materials for all their packaging. The list goes on and on… I have reported them to Trading Standards and will not give up my case.

They just took my money for an order…
They just took my money for an order along with $15 for express shipping. They refused to cancel my order when I explained I won’t be able to receive it due to moving given their delay in shipping. They delayed the order until I moved and never received the order. They refuse to refund me. These are scammers. Avoid at all costs. Unless you want to through your money away.

1st of all website looks like it's united States artisan, handmade clothes, and says theyhave fexible return ploicy, so i place my ordered knew right away that when it shipped and showed coming from.china , I had messed up. Clothes were of poor quality and chape and of course way too small - there size chart was way off. And then guess what tryto return and of course now they won't t let me! Worst customer service!!
Placed an order on the 14th April for some things for my holiday which was on the 13th May. Shipping states 6-10days. I chased the order to be told it had been despatched. Took over 4 weeks which meant the order arrived when I was on holiday however the parcel took time to locate as the shipping label details which were supplied was incorrect. I have emailed several times and don't seem to be getting anywhere (Elena obviously doesn't wanting customer support person of the year) They have offered me a 10% refund which I have declined due the fact the clothes were for my holiday. I have asked how I can return these to be told I can't because of the return policy states 7 days. I have seen sent an email today to be blocked!!!

They do not allow any returns even for…
They do not allow any returns even for size issues and poor quality or if you don’t like something. The pictures are misleading. For example it is described as loose and shown loose on the model but then I couldn't Even close the front buttons and they wouldn’t allow me to return anything and then they blocked me from following up with another email. Basically a scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. The model must be 3ft tall and weigh 3 stone!!!! After waiting over a month I received what I can only describe as a poor copy of what I thought I was purchasing. I'm a 10/12 so ordered the M as suggested by their size guide, plus the fact that it was "oversized". I can't do it up across my chest and it's so short on the body that it doesn't even reach my hips. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.
