Delivery Fail but Elena Succeeded
I recently ordered a dress from Likemychoice, but unfortunately, it never arrived at my address, and no one mentioned receiving it by mistake. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation—my package was marked as delivered but never showed up. They responded quickly, contacting the delivery service and eventually offering me a full refund in store credit. Elena was incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. Thanks, Elena! Fortunately, I ordered a new dress, which arrived without any issues.
