I never received my order
I never received my order. I reached out to the company via email, online chat and the Shop app to check in on the status of the order and they never responded to me. I've requested to cancel it and they are still not responding. It's a SCAM.

THIS COMANY IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER
I should have known this company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered a skirt and it was a dress that came never the skirt that I ordered. They said I wasn’t allowed a refund and their emails werent making sense. My order took over a month to arrive, may I add. Extremely bad company, I dont think it is legit. I should have know. I also want to add Elena is telling me to take the review down! And still isn’t giving me a refund🤣Just want to make people Aware

Please don't buy clothes from this site. First, clothes are not the same quality it shows on pictures or instagram Second, to make a return is impossible.. only credit or they make you sent pictures if items dont' fit... Lastly, you only communicate through email so no customer service.

I ordered 3 sets of pyjamas from this…
I ordered 3 sets of pyjamas from this brand and it took quite a while (over a month) until they arrived to germany. When the order arrived, only 2 out of 3 items were correct and the third was a wrong pyjama. I then contacted Elena from customer service which helped me very well and quick to find a solution and sent me the right pyjama. All in all there were a few difficulties but the product itself and the customer service was really great! Good quality! Looks fantastic and especially customer service was extraordinary nice!

This is an absolute scam of a company. Do not deal with international business if you are not willing to honor your return policy. The best offer was 10% refund of a $70 dollar dress that was too big and unable to wear. NEVER BUY from this company and they should not be allowed to do international business.

Poor quality and they sell nothing like advertised on their website. Don’t be fooled by the word “artisans” used on their website. Everything comes from a factory in China. When are governments going to change the laws around the fashion industry and allowing companies to mass produce junk.

Do NOT buy from this scam company! Orders 2 items when they eventually arrived, they were far too small.  Customer services said I was not allowed a refund so this company is a SCAM🤬 I am sure this must be illegal 🤷🏻♀️

Absolutely a SCAM
Absolutely a SCAM. It says 6-10 business days. It has been almost a month. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund and that it has taken more then 10 days, they said my package was en route. That was three days ago. I will never buy anything from this place again. The fact that this has 2 stars should say something

This is the worst online shopping…
This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. The store CLEARLY states, refunds available. OK, so I placed an order for a certain size and color dress. Once, it arrived ( over a month later ) - it was definitly not what was advertised online. It is the worst quality clothes that is paper thin and looks absolutely aweful! I emailed about the quality of the clothes, and Elena told me to turn on the lights. If I did that, the garment would look more like what was advertised. LOL - is she kidding me? I then told her, the wrong size and color dress came and i wanted it refunded. She told me i had to pay $30 to send it back to China. But the warehouse is under repair, so it will take 25 days to return. The excuses are unreal! They won't escalate the issue to a manager. She told me no manager would talk over the phone. This business is not run properly and it's basically a scam. Just a word of warning.

Lovely clothes with good customer support
The clothes I ordered look just like the picture and I've received a lot of compliments for them so far. Originally had a mix-up in my order and was sent the wrong item of clothing. Contacted customer support and Elena sent my correct order to me and everything was resolved relatively quickly and easily.

If I could rate this site a negative 100 I would. Some things really are too good to be true. And the ads with cute clothing at attractive prices are just that. Everything is a complete lie. From the source of their designs (they are all knock-off/rip-off from other designers), to where they claim to be located (they are a Chinese company that claim to be from San Jose, CA), to their sizing (everything is 2-3x smaller than site measurements). A complete fraud of a business. Stay away.

Great service, lots of choices, awesome quality.
I had an overall great experience with Likemychoice! Although my first order didn’t fit and my second order had a defect, I was very impressed with the customer service. Elena was incredibly friendly, prompt, and helpful. It's common for items to not fit me perfectly due to my unique proportions, so I wasn’t discouraged from ordering. The quality of the products is excellent and there are plenty of options to choose from. I will definitely be making more purchases from them in the future!
