AVOID!! Dreadful SCAMMERS!!!
Goods received damaged, the stitching on the collar has come away, stray threads everywhere., terrible quality, not like the images! I contacted the company within 30 minutes of receiving the goods. They are refusing a return and refund, 11 emails later, Elena is the contact and still only offering a discount or replacement, Its insulting that they completely ignore you and offer the same thing, time after time. The quality is so poor, i wouldn't even wash my car with the 'rags' I will now contact my bank and report in the hope they will charge back.

Wanted to return an item that did not…
Wanted to return an item that did not fit me, nor suit my frame but have just been informed they only accept returns for faulty/ damaged items!! Looking at their return policy it does not clearly state AT ALL that only faulty/ damaged garments will be accepted for a refund.. it is worded just explaining what constitutes as a faulty/ damaged item, not that we will not be refunded for anything that is not defective or damaged. I have taken a full screenshot of their return policy page (if you can even call it that) and will be contacting Trading Standards about this. Avoid companies like this, they are just out for your money. Carry on like this and you will soon go bust! LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU WANT REPEAT BUSINESS!

Very disappointing customer service! Still awaiting dresses!!
I placed an order worth £72 on the 17th June. Still no sign of dresses and no response to any of the e mails I have sent to customer services. Very disappointing and would have avoided had I known how poor the customer service was!!!! The reply I have received suggests this is a standard e mail without any kudos attached. Since the reply received from Like My Choice I still have yet to receive any updates or responses to e mails sent directly to customer services as to when my dresses will arrive. Trading standards and my bank will be my next step. Appalling site so far, no faith in the response and fear the apology and promise to resolve the situation is for trusted pilot eyes and reviews only. I only hope I will be able to update with something positive once this review has been read and dealt with I an honest and efficient manner by Like my Choice . Com

Horrible
Horrible. Spent 145.00 for 4 items which have not arrived. It's been well over two weeks. Elena is the point of contact and she is a scammer who is most likely from another country and does not understand the language. I am out money and have no items.

Cheap fabric, rip off company
Cheap fabric, poor fit. Took weeks to arrive, I had to chase. The clothes arrived, cheap and poor fit or totally see through fabric! I asked for refund immediately as not able to wear anything. They asked me to send photos of clothing which I did. have had back and forth exchange and then they say so you can’t refund. Total scam. Do not buy!

Don’t buy there!!!! It’s a scam - you can’t return pieces, quality is very bad. Update addressing response below: Return ist not possible, information on the website is false, there is no imprint or any other valid information about this shop online, in Germany there is a right/law on returns which this shop is clearly ignoring and will therefore be reported at the consumer advice center.

Stay away!!!
Stay away!!!! I ordered 3 items a while ago. First they arrived way later than promised and I couldn‘t use them for my holiday. The items were really small and one item wasn‘t even what I ordered. I then contacted them to initiate the return. They offered to send new clothes but I would have to pay 30USD for the shipping. After tons of back and forth and me pushing for a return, they said their warehouse is closed and that I would have to send the clothes to China for 30USD. Absolutely outrageous and I‘m out 90GBP with no clothes to wear and even more costs to return them.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I ordered a dress and it took a month to arrive, once it arrived it was not a nice but cheap material and ill fitting. I reached out to their customer service and they informed that that was not enough for a refund! You would think that when you buy a clothing item online you take the risk that it might not fit and in return most companies are lenient on their return policies for that very reason! but not this one because it is indeed a scam.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Spent over £100 on two items and this was three months ago, I have repeatedly emailed The company in search for my order to be fobbed off with the same excuses. I have been told that my order is in production, I have been told that there is a delay and they take weeks to get back to you. This is disgraceful beyond words. Do not buy from this company- I never treat myself to anything it was really looking forward to this order. Disgusting
