Order finally came- what a disappointment
I have finally received the order today and I am appalled. The sizing is off, the fabric and quality is not the same as advertised on the website therefore they are false advertising. The items received are absolutely vile, the material is hideous. I ordered 3 outfits, paying £135 when in reality all of it is not worth £20. I have asked for a refund in full. I have also reported them to trading standards. As this business is scamming people out of money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a shirt and trouser set for an upcoming holiday, both in size medium. I normally wear UK size 12. When the garments arrived, I was thrilled by both the colours and style as they were both gorgeous and true to online pictures and descriptions. The shirt fitted perfectly but unfortunately the trousers were too large. I contacted customer service as I wanted to exchange the trousers for a small. The customer service from Elena was superb throughout. The exchange process was prompt and made easy with Elena’s guiding emails. This company has a marketing that claims that their items are made by artisans. It’s actually the lowest quality that we would get on sites like SHEIN or other similar websites. Which is ok with me to buy, knowing that I will receive this type of quality. If I pay 30\40€ per item And they claim that the fabrics are best silk or cotton quality; then this is what I expect. I have exchanged 21 emails with this company and would like to address the situation formally to a consumer agency. They sold me 3 items for 90€ of poliéster. It’s a complete scam. Don’t by for their prices. Also they have confirmed that after the quality department has investigated my case; they agree that the items don’t meet the standards, though they will not refund my money (only 20%) because there is no damage on the items. SCAMMERS DONT BUY.

Don’t order on this website. It’s been 3 weeks I am waiting for my «partial refund » even though they lied on the description of the fabrics and I received a dress without pocket … But the only matters to them is that i delete my first review but still haven’t receive any refund in my bank account LOL ! Do not shop here, they will share your personal information with other customers. Order is delayed by over 3 weeks and to top it off they shared mine and 100's of other customers emails with each other to try and resolve this.

Their customer service has been very attentive in making sure I was happy with my order. I did not like the first items I purchased but they agreed to exchange them so I do appreciate that. Waiting on my new items to arrive.

Awful company. Screams scam.
Awful company. Should have known better than to order from them but hindsight is a wonderful thing. Sent items which do not resemble the listing on the website, terrible quality and fit, and so poorly made. The seams are split. Contacted customer service for return instructions and told the same as what others have reported - 10% refund. I pushed back asking again for return items. Still no. Apparently my reason doesn’t meet their return requirements. I’m wondering what their return policy does cover when they’ve sent me faulty items which don’t resemble the website images. I will be taking this to my bank as a dispute. @LMC don’t bother replying to this review with the same stock response you have used for the rest of the negative reviews.

SCAM & ILLEGALLY REJECTING REFUNDS ON FAULTY PRODUCTS
SCAM!! Not even one star… this website is a SCAM - ordered two items and the both arrived faulty, broken/ ripped tassel & a missing button. It’s been since MARCH and I’ve had to get in contact with Klarna as they are refusing refund on these faulty product's which is ILLEGAL. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE ITS FAKE, OVERPRICED AND RUBBISH QUALITY. As a company they aren’t even giving me a refund which shows they clearly get this a lot. Terrible! Save your money and buy somewhere reliable with good morals!

Horrible quality, defective items. E wn worse service
Horrible quality and even worse service. I ordered the set in a size based on their own website measurement description. Pants arrived almost 6 inches smaller on waist, 4 inches smaller on hips and top 4 inches smaller on chest. I wrote to them including pictures using measuring tape and a screenshot of their website measurements. They denied a refund even when it was clearly a manufacturing defect. After many many emails requesting a refund they offered to replace the item for a bigger size but only if I paid $20 for the shipping. This is a total scam of a company and I am telling anyone and everyone on socia media about my experience and Including proof of the companies refusal to help. Update: I have still not received the replacement items, not even a reply when I asked for a tracking number. Ans now I'm out of the money for the purchase as well as the $20 they made me pay to send a replacement that I have not received nor gotten updates 2 weeks later. This is absolutley ridiculous and a total scam. I received defective merchandise and no help from the company DO NOT purchase from this company.

Very unhappy.
After receiving my dress which didn't fit properly, had threads hanging off it and looked really cheap i was told that i couldn't return the dress or have a refund as it is not the company's policy. Surely everyone has the right to return a product that they are not happy with! I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

The quality and details were…
The quality and details were impeccable. However, the only problem I encountered was with the size of the bust area. It seems ideally suited for an A or B cup, but as someone with a C cup, it appears slightly off since the half-moon cut is quite small relative to the chest size. I hope Likemychoice will consider offering options for larger bust sizes in the future.

Please do not purchase from this…
Please do not purchase from this company! I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago with a 6-10 day delivery. I have contacted them multiple times for updates and get the same emails back every time. I asked for my order to be cancelled and asked for a refund which they refused. I have spent almost £400 on order that I am yet to see and I am very concerned I will not be getting this money back. Has anyone else experienced this?

Awful Customer Service no refund
Dreadful customer service very rude and make it impossible to return goods! Clothes were very poorly made and like tissue paper. Offered a 10% refund!! A joke!! Refusing to let me return the goods that look nothing like the website and are very poorly made.

Delayed Delivery and Terrible Service.
Really not impressed, delayed delivery and clothes that just aren't true to size. After receiving my order after significant delays in delivery, 2 items in it just didn't fit as they should for the size of them (1 item for example fit like a circus tent). After contacting support i was advised that i couldn't return the 2 items as apparently they don't issue refunds for size issues (despite there sites 2nd promise being Flexible return/exchange policies. Not happy at all, and I'll be seeing what I can do to get my money back and advising anyone I know to avoid this site at all cost.
