Don’t recommend - awful quality
Ordered 2 sets. Items arrived much later than stated despite paying for fastest shipping so missed the holiday they were supposed to come on. Quality of clothing is appalling - the cheapest material you can imagine, uncomfortable etc. Probably worth about 25-30% of the price paid. Item damaged upon receipt - drawstring broken on trousers. Sizing is off. Print doesn’t match image. Wouldn’t recommend at all. 2 stars instead of 1 only because the items did arrive. Use with extreme caution - wouldn’t recommend.

Don't make a purchase
Don't make a purchase. Despite the appealing visuals and seemingly decent website, beware of deception. The delivery time far exceeds the 6-10 days they claim. The fabric and design are disappointing, and I anticipate shrinking after washing. The trousers are excessively long, and the shirt doesn't fit properly. Update*** I've reached out for a refund, and now they are asking me to send pictures of how it looks on me. Despite the many complaints online. Not only do they send poor quality faulty clothing. They want you to dress up for them and prove it. Absolute joke

I ordered a blouse from this company…
I ordered a blouse from this company but it has taken forever to arrive. When I received it, I was disappointed with the quality. The material feels like cheap plastic and the graphic on it is very blurry. I contacted the company to request a return but they only sent me a link to their no-return policy, which doesn't even work. Overall, it's a terrible experience dealing with this company.

SCAM WEBSITE
I ordered nearly $200 worth of clothing and each item that arrived was horrible quality. The fabrics were see-through and cheap feeling and the fits were awful - nothing had zippers, just elastic waistbands. The photos on the website are FALSE ADVERTISING - what arrived was nothing like the photos. The website states that they take returns but THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. It is a total scam. After exchanging 9 emails the latest one misquotes the refund policy on the website and states "consequently, a refund, let alone a full refund, cannot be issued without a valid cause". I have repeated by valid cause over and over. I obviously wish I had read these reviews before placing my order and hope this will help some innocent person from being scammed by this website in the future.

The dress arrived and is terrible, quality is awful - very cheap material and it looks NOTHING like it did in the photos. Reached out to request a return and the same response as another person on here has stated - a link to a returns policy that doesn't work, Elena advising they don't do refunds. I am concerned because I have tried to contact them regarding my order and they do not reply to my emails. They directed me to a site that flashed up my delivery date would be months ahead. September and I haven’t even had confirmation it’s been shipped yet by email. The site I purchased off was a uk site and now I find it’s being shipped from China?

No refunds for poor sizing!
Fell into the trap of loving the beautiful clothes on social media adverts. Took a little longer than expected to arrive.. maybe 3 weeks but that's fine as I ordered with plenty of time to spare. Unfortunately a lot of the clothing comes up small and I wanted to return the order as it was over £100 worth of clothes that I can't wear. Got in touch with the team as there is no returns label included to be told I can't have a refund due to sizing issues and they only refund if theres a fault. Extremely disappointed as I was offered larger sizes but I'd already had the XL which is the largest they do. For reference I'm a size 14 UK. Expected better and am now over £100 out of pocket.

Be careful - no refund
Pants not at all like pictures - legs much tighter than the pictures, which makes the pants look like leggings. I was mentionned that problems “of size” or fit where not eligible for refund as per their refund policy. I am the same size as the model on the pictures. They are repeating exactly what you see below 👇🏼 as comments. Seems impossible even thought it’s clearly a fit problem to get a refund. I have spend so much time on this already! I cannot believe this is legal in 2024. Be really careful.

Delivery time takes long but items ordered are of good quality and very nice
I recently wrote a 0star review regarding the delay with delivery time and lack of communication around my order. I waited almost a month for my order when it specifies 10 days, having received my parcel way past its estimated delivery date, I must say the coord I ordered is amazing and the quality is good. It was worth the wait but I would emphasise the delivery time takes long and I feel that if I didn’t write a review on the poor service it would have taken even longer. But again.. my items are lovely.

They fill their return/exchange policy with lots of if/and and/or statements when the bottom line is they will NOT allow returns for incorrect sizing or color not expected. They only refund if the product is damaged or things of that nature. Buyer beware.

Avoid at all costs
Wish I could give them minus stars - not only are designs stolen from actual independent makers, the quality is awful and you then cannot return items. An AI bot repeatedly tells you that they cannot offer more than 10% refunds - this then changes to 20% A fraudulent scam - do not purchase from them.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service, no refunds!?!?!
Terrible quality clothing. Cheap. Itchy. When trying to return due to substandard quality, my request was met with “unless it is faulty we don’t accept returns”. I spent over £500 and now am left with cheap tat that will never be worn. Quality - terrible Sizing - completely off Customer service - the worst I wouldn’t waste your time with this “brand”. Feels like someone selling cheap knock offs from China out of their garage! BEWARE!!

I would give a zero star if I could. This company is a scam. The clothes look nothing like the pictures and good luck getting a refund. Please continue to report this company to international consumer associations so hopefully they have enough complaints to close them down at some point. poor and cheap quality
The material is not so good (mostly plastic). The customer service is good, they reply very fast and help to handle problems. But its so expensive to return items (back to china), that it makes no sense. And you can also send just one item back (what is not very customer friendly). I absolutly can't recommend the products.

Would strongly advise against buying from this company. I’ve now wasted hours trying to arrange an exchange of clothes which are far too big. Ultimately, I’ve been told I can only exchange the clothes if I hand over even more money. This is not what I would expect from a legitimate, reputable business. There are countless other clothing companies out there offering a far easier, honest and more efficient service; I would steer clear of this one.

Scam AVOID
Scam. Order never shipped and I used Shop pay/ Affirm for the purchase. It's been a pain going back with LMC for refund: they keep responding with "I appreciate your patience the warehouse will work out this" messages. Most annoying purchase ever. They've ignore my request for a refund on an order that is weeks past the delivery date. I've filed a complaint with my CC company but wanted shop pay to pause payments. Shop pay/ Affirm have asked me for proof of my issue 4 times now to pause payments and work on a refund. Horrible customer service.

Do not buy from here
Product is not even made with the same material as in the ads, and they have the worst customer service I have ever received. No refunds possible according to their own made-up policy, despite this being illegal in both UK and HK where e-customers are allowed to change their mind within 14 days and return item within another 14. Do not buy from here and report them if you can - your purchase will be a total waste of money from an embarrassing business.

do not buy of this company absolutely poor timing on delivery ( be prepared to wait weeeeks) poor quality shein and temu better quality .the customer service appalling your fobbed off . If there's anything wrong with the garment like mine the sleeves 6 inch too long top half big bottom tiny .Your asked to send a photo as if you'd send with garment on no way then they would say it's worn . £33 for something you couldn't even give away it's like a dish cloth ! creased as hell when i took out of package and for a material you don't iron that takes some doing inferior material .As you can see by the reply from like my choice you get know where . BY THE WAY the garment the bottom half of it fit my 13year old she normally wears age 12 clothes . PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
