I was just about to order two bikes…
I was just about to order two bikes when I read all the negative reviews. Now I understand there can be shipping issues and items get damaged in transit however there is never an excuse for bad service. Things are looking good for Juiced now but soon the environment will change and they wont be able to stay in business with this type of service

BIKE WAS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION.
Bike was received in damaged condition. Have sent three sets of photos pointing out the damage. We have been asked absurd questions regarding the damaged parts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. TOOK FIVE DAYS TO GET A REPLY.

DO NOT BUY BIKES FROM JUICED
DO NOT BUY BIKES FROM JUICED. PERIOD. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Bought two RIP Current S bikes, the first one (my wife's) came in on time and seemed ok. Mine came in two weeks later for some unexplained reason and was DOA (No pedal assist, no walking assist and no throttle). I have been trying to get resolution now for three weeks and all I get is an occasional email but basically nothing ever happens. Now today, the monitor on my wife's bike has quit working. I have requested for a full refund and return of the bikes but they never respond to those requests. You cannot talk to anybody on the phone and their emails usually only come every couple of days and only give you the run around, no solutions to your problems. I have disputed the payment with my CC company and hopefully they will step in so I don't lose my money.

Read all the negative reviews everywhere!
I wish I had read all the negative reviews posted all over the internet before I bought from this horrible company. Spent almost $2900 for a bike with no manual. Bike has numerous issues and I had a total ride time of 15 minutes. Support is almost non-existent. You cannot reach them on the phone. Just a recording that they are too busy and no option to leave a message. Online help is almost zero. They treat existing customers with contempt and completely ignore what is written. The bike is non-functional and they continue to ignore my please for help, except to occasionally link to completely irrelevant youtube videos about completely different bikes. I was scammed! $2900 down the drain and an inoperable, junk bike that local bike shops refuse to work on.

This is a Terrible company !!
This is a Terrible company !!! Purchased a Ripcurrent S DOA on arrival !! With horrible customer service all you get is the run around , Worked with a tech support over the phone to see if there was something unplugged or a other malfunction which problem could not be fixed by tech support this was a week of back and forth emails and 1 phone conversation and was told that a supervisor would be in contact with me to work things out now a weeks has gone by with no phone calls or response from emails. This company should not be able to operate like this. I paid with Amazon pay that they accept for payment . I will be notifying Amazon today and credit card company . BBB also will be notified. I think that it horrible to play people on there hard earned money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!!! Update as of 10/8 after having amazon contact them because they don’t return emails to me Amazon said they have 24 hrs to contact me in which they final did and said that the will be send me a new control box that that is probably the problem. So now I’m a bike mechanic That has to work on the bike !! The part arrived and I removed the old control box which was a 52 volt 2020 model what they sent was a 48 volt 2019 model which is not the correct control box that would come with a new bike . So I emailed them on 10/1 to first Let them know that this is a old version and that I didn’t want to install it not know if it would be ok to install as of 10/8 again no response back !! So called Amazon as was told that the purchase would be a A-to-z claim and I would hear from Someone from Amazon claims department in 24 hrs That didn’t happen either so I call Amazon again to let them know I had not heard from anyone yet . I was then told that this wasn’t covered under A-Z guarantee . The lady at Amazon was very friendly and helpful and was going to try to find out what the issue was with the Guarantee . In the meantime she sent a time sensitive email to juicebikes to contact Me and resolve the issue. So I wait again for contact from them This has been a total nightmare ! A GOOD COMPANY WOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT !! They got my hard earned $$ and that is all they care about .

I bought this bike for my husband
I bought this bike for my husband. Yhe customer service which is non-existent phone number why even call no one answer and when you email them they don't answer. I would not recommend anyone to buy a bike from this company . I received the bike no instruction sent email sent me to a tech person that did not help . Two weeks later screens goes out on bike . Sent another email and have not heard back . Paid $1700.00 dollars for a broken bike this company sucks . If I could I would return the bike and take my business else where but I refuse to give them any more of my hard earned money . If I could give them a negative rating I would .

Hyper scorpion arrives unscratched perfect. er…
I ordered my brush aluminum hyper scorpion from Juiced bikes and got it within 2 weeks of my order date delivered in perfect shape not a single scratch it seems like they've taken care of the shipping issues with more padding.. watch YouTube video put the thing together in 2 hours love riding it around San Diego Bay , fast super responsive love the headlight horn and mirrors and blinkers so useful when people don't hear you, I had foot surgery and my doctor didn't want me to ride a normal bike but with this bike I can pedal lightly and go 24 miles per hour. Hydraulic brakes stop on a dime

Juiced Bikes = No Customer Service
I purchased the Hyper-Scorpion model and received it on 9/9/20. It worked fine for 11 days then experienced issues. Initially I was able to make contact with their Tec Support department. Twice they supplied suggestions to fix that did not work. They then involved a supervisor whom I spoke to that promised me a replacement part, a controller would be shipped under normal circumstances the next morning. I agreed. She was to contact me the next morning with the shipping info so I could track the replacement item. That was on 9/22/20 at 9:19am and we spoke for 14 minutes. Since that last contact I have called their support number 9 times daily and sent emails nearly everyday asking for some contact and support. Finally after threatening to post a complaint on the BBB on October 1st, 10 days after my last contact with the supervisor I get an email saying to be patient and I will get a replacement part when they are available. Today is October 7th, a week later. I continue to call 9 times a day and email daily with no responses even though their message promises a contact back within 1-2 business days.. I've even offered to drive the 264 mile round trip so I could bring them the bike directly. They refused the offer. I think a company should respond to customer inquiries especially when the product is unusable after 11 days. Additionally since they promise it within their communication. My $3K new bike has less than 60 miles on it. I could not be more dissatisfied with this companies customer service. Reporting them to the BBB.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM
They are taking advantage of a loophole created by covid to steal 10-20% of everyone's money right now. Yes, let me explain. "Are you shopping for (or returning) gifts? Don’t assume that you can return items unconditionally. Look for a return policy sign in the store! Under California law, stores are free to set their own policies, such as requiring a restocking fee or requiring that the merchandise is in its original packaging – as long as they are posted conspicuously at the store or on the order form." If you read the above you'd notice by law your sales and return policy should be on the form (it wasn't) after I made the purchase I noticed when I went to their return policy page they charge for "restocking". Now read this. If a store has no posted policy, California law provides that in most cases, as long as you have your receipt, you are entitled to full refund or equal exchange within 7 days of purchase. (Cal. Civil Code § 1723.) There are exceptions, such as food or other perishables, items returned without their original packaging, or underwear and bathing suits. In addition, stores can refuse refunds for items marked “as is,” “no returns,” or “all sales final,” or customized items that are received as ordered. Well it takes them 2 days to get back to you via email due to Covid19 and they don't get back to you in two days because "omg covid and everyone wants our bikes" NO, NO they DON'T. Read the customer service reviews as of late, absolute nightmares. New bikes broken in 3 days after months of waiting? Then due to Covid19, which is actually a convenient excuse none of these guys are elderly and or immunocompromised who's sick and how is that affecting their customer service? It's just a way for them to ensure they keep 10-20% from the people looking to pull out because they read the reviews (like me). I'm still getting an e-bike somewhere and so are all my friends just not from juiced, ever.

Non-existent customer service-do not buy!
Bought a $2400 bike form them on Sept 7 for my wife. We didnt do the research aside from a raving recommendation on a specific bike from one of her colleagues. Bike delivered damaged Sept 17 after multiple Fedex delays. No phone support ever 48-72 hours on avg to respond to email once support case opened. Only received a phone call after escalating on JB's Facebook page Tweeting and Direct Messaging Tora on LinkedIn. They insisted I try to repair the bike on my own with parts that they would send. I refused and told them we wanted a new undamaged bike. They sent a return label and I had to package things up on my own. As a result of the experience we demanded a full refund which they processed one day before the first payment was due on Affirm. We will now research top bikes JB didn't even make it to Wired.com top 12 E bikes Once we find a desired model will look at the electric bike review site Bottom line is you cannot expect customers to shell out more than $2000 and not have a customer service infrastructure in place. Very disappointed! Juiced Bikes should halt all sales until they have CS running in an acceptable manner. Tora's note from Aug 27 is falling on deaf ears for now. I do hope they can and do better in the future

Don't get duped by juiced bikes' bait…
Don't get duped by juiced bikes' bait and switch pricing strategy or just don't buy from them at all. Especially not at their misleading "sale" prices. They advertise a false sales price throughout the year when that's the price that they keep most of the time unless they actually run a real flash sale where the bikes are discounted $1,200 to $1,500 off their "regular" price. It's a bait and switch type of pricing strategy that's really unethical since ebikes are a relatively new thing and consumers don't quite know what a deal for these bikes look like yet. I would'nt be warning buyers of this pricing scheme if they were ethical enough to take care of customers who received their bikes days before their actual sales with some kind of store credit or price matching. So look out for their misleading deals and or just buy from better companies that value their customers like Bolton e bikes or even Radpower bikes. I purchased a hyper scorpion that was supposedly discounted from $3,500 to $2,800. 4 days after receiving it, Juiced runs a flash sale on the bike for $2,000 and $1,600 for the regular scorpion. Thats a large amount for such a short period of time and Juiced wasn't willing to work out any fair resolution at all. Not even store credit on another bike. As many others have mentioned, they have the worst customer support. I read the bad reviews but still bought 2 bikes to use as part of my delivery business. I assumed that most complaints were due to mechanical issues and figured I was knowledgeable and handy enough to avoid needing to contact them for mechanical issues. However, $800 is a lot of money in such a short period of time so I tried my luck with calling them and even offered to take ANY fair resolution such as partial store credit. They wouldn't do anything at all and litterally said it's because "no other online retailer offers price matching" which is obviously false. I shop almost exclusively online for everything and have never had any company tell me they won't consider ANY type of reimbursement solution due to a recent sale. Especially for something that was purchased this close to the day of it's discount. I would have purchased 2 more bikes from them today for my business if they showed me they were a fair company to work with by offering store credit or something. Now I know they're just a bad company that's unreasonable and doesn't value their customers for all types of reasons. not just when their product fails. If you're new to ebikes like me and don't know if their fake "sales" price is a deal or not, its NOT. It's literally their regular pricing and doesn't change unless they run a real flash sale. I recommend buying from a company that's reasonable and value's your business. Juiced is neither which is sad. I will be buying my other delivery bikes from another company from now on since good business practice is priceless

Buy a juiced bike only if you want to buy a second bike in a couple years
Juiced bikes are a good ebike until it brakes. They have terrible customer service and stock zero to no repair parts. The bikes are only supported for a couple years and then your bike is obsolete and parts are even harder to get. Spend a little more and get a fully supported ebike

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Sent me a bike with defective pedal assist, and they make it incredibly hard to get any answer about what they can do. Worst customer service - do not buy bikes from this company, unless you want a headache. They suggest that due to great interest in E-bikes that they have to make you wait two business days to get back to you - then they never get back to you? They do not provide you with a phone number to contact the company directly. Horrible customer service, worst ever. Also their technical support is non-existent, this is a well marketed company that just fails in so many ways.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Don’t buy from Juiced. Look at Rad or the many other. Google top 10ebikes and buy one of those. Juiced is a rip off. I purchased a bike two days ago and the holiday $100 promo was left off. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it until today. I verified the pricing hadn’t changed and that the promo code was still active. I emailed juiced of the error and they would not honor the promotion citing policy and that prices vary. Yet nothing had changed since my date of purchase. They are just refusing to honor the ongoing promotion. I will not do business with this company.

Thank you for taking the time to submit this review. Providing customers with the highest level of support and service is always a top priority for our team. We quickly investigated your order and communication history with our Service Team. It appears that you were provided with a discount of $100 per bike on the two bikes you purchased, which is equal to the holiday promotion. Looking at the message exchanges, it appeared you were satisfied with your purchase and the service you received. I believe our Director of Customer Success also followed up earlier this week to make sure you're happy with the resolution. If that's not the case, please do reach out to our Customer Service team ASAP so that we can make sure you're 100% satisfied.

I was kinda fkn nervous about my purchase when something went wrong and I read that their customer service was bad. Initially it took a couple of days for them to respond but they sent me a tail light because mine was defective and fenders. It turned out there was a bigger issue and they exchanged my bike for a brand new one!!! I am waiting to receive my replacement hyperscorpion and im pretty damn happy it wasnt as bad as some of these reviews I see.

I just don't trust a company that posts…
I just don't trust a company that posts only 5-star reviews on their website! After owning a Juiced Scrambler for about a year, I sent a review to them that was only 2 stars. For good reason; seat foam that flattened out after a couple months, (I only weigh 140 lbs), non-adjustable seat makes for very uncomfortable pedaling for anyone taller than about 5'5", lack of accessories like a basic rack make it difficult to carry anything, etc. But did they put it on their website? Nope, they only post 5-star reviews which is just plain dishonest and misleading. Sold my Juiced and bought a Himiway, better bike for slightly less money.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I bought my bike in September and can only get 19 miles per charge on my Hyperscorpion which they lie in stating that you get 75 miles what a joke. I called and text with customer service and to explained what was going on with my battery, finally they said they will send me a box to package it up and send it back which I did they have had my battery for three weeks so they can evaluate it, I haven’t heard anything from them so I keep calling and they sent me to technical support extension and they never pick up this happened three different times when I was on hold for 45 minutes hoping somebody will pick up they just keep passing the buck and my battery is held hostage with no answers . Buyer beware I should’ve listen to all the other reviews about this bike and the batteries and the customer service never again .
