Bad Company, Bad Service, Bad Products
Bad, customer service is really bad. They don't know their own parts or products. I was sent to the store to buy a socket because you can't remove the tire unless you buy their tool which they don't include. CSR gave me the wrong size twice. They ordered me the wrong parts 1 time, sent the replacement with incorrect parts, thr CSR didn't know the difference between a headlamp and a headlamp housing, kickstand just snapped off so I was forced to buy their "premium" kickstand. Why the fk wouldn't you just put a premium kickstand on the bike. This company is trash. Not to mention a long list of other minor stuff

It's a good platform...
It's a good platform, but you need to tweak it to your preference. I got rid of the floppy fenders and installed metal ones from Velo Orange, changed the cheapo derailleur to one with a friction clutch (Shimano Saint) to FINALLY get rid of chain drops, Installed the Kinect seat post AND the Shockstop stem to deal with the less than smooth roads. First rear rim had the loose, broken spoke issues like a lot of other people and it finally started to crack at the spokes, so I bought a new rim (Zac19) but because the dishing is so offset on the rear rim (almomst 7mm!), the spokes on the drive side needed to be tightened to130kgf to pull the rim to the center of the hub. Non-drive side is about 80-ish kgf. I think 130 kgf is just too high for these rims. Bought but haven't installed yet a carbon asymmetrical rim with a 2.5mm spoke offset so that the spoke tensions can be evened out a little better and not have to be cranked down so much on the drive-side spokes. But all-in-all, It's a decent platform to work off of! Perfect bike (once you tweak it!) if your riding area isn't all hills, but it can handle hills fine. Flats to small hill, this bike rocks. had it for over three years now.

Customer Service? What customer service??
My wife and I recently purchased a couple of new RipCurrent S bikes. So far we're happy with them. My issue is with support, which turns out is pathetic. I've been asking for suggestions (several requests) for a stem change to replace the stock handlebar on my bike. I have heard absolutely NOTHING back from support. Bikes seem to be decent products but Juiced support needs MUCH improvement. Knowing what I know now, I probably would not have purchased from this company.

STAY AWAY FROM JUICED BIKES
I received My Hyper Scorpion about 9 days ago, The kickstand is broken, the lcd display has pixelated spots on it, I never received the helmet needed to ride the Bike in the first place, my battery bag hasn't arrived and my voltage monitor has not arrived either. I spoke to an associate named Gina Ryan @Juiced Bikes Customer Support 1 (888)303-8889 THE SAME DAY my Bike arrived almost two weeks ago and she stated that she will get back to me with the tracking information on my lost/missing items. Not a word from no one at this Company since. 2 weeks LATER! NOT A WORD! I will be contacting NBC 10 INVESTIGATORS!!! Do NOT BUY EBIKES FROM JUICED! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Great Support
My review and opinion of Juiced completely turned around today. It appeared that I was stuck with a damaged bike given my experience of submitting a support ticket, getting no response, and not getting someone on the phone. With another try on the phone though I got through to Ivan who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! My repair parts are on the way and he even helped me identify damage that I had missed by scrutinizing one of the photos. I'll add that the support software they have is quite convenient as he was able to have it send me a text that I could then immediately reply with pictures so we could troubleshoot further live on the phone. They also had a queue count while on hold and hilarious music about holding. Key lesson here is that after submitting a support request online (a great way to get some initial pictures over and an outline of your issues to start from), go ahead and call.

I wanted to put 0 stars
I wanted to put 0 stars. This Company is terrible. They take forever to ship out warranty. I had my bike for three days went to charge it and the charger doesn't work. I can buy one at the local bike shop but they told me it would void my warranty. So I'm stuck waiting another 9 days for my charger to get here. Check out there BBB score 1.4/5 and F

Juiced customer support is terrible and…
Juiced customer support is terrible and my bike has been down for over a month now. Please message me back via any one of the multiple ways I've tried to contact you and I'll take this message down. I've tried calling numerous times, been hung up on multiple times, emailed, used the chat bot and am now using any social media possible to try to get help. While I love my bike I'm getting very dissappointed with this lack of customer service.

Can't get a response from customer service
I'm trying to get a part # for my Logan brakes, I need brake pads on my Ripcurrent S. They don't show any info on Logan brakes on there web site, No Email response, When I called I was on hold 3rd in line, 2nd, next, Then I get a message saying you can send a online request, Good bye, click, they hang up after 25 min on hold. I will not suggest Juiced bikes to others anymore, I will warn them about poor customer service.

Extremely Disappointed
Shipping: Just FYI, my bike was shipped "signature required" through FedEx. This was very difficult since they would not give me a day, much less a time that they would arrive. This caused me to miss their first attempt, and in the end delayed my shipment by 5 days. This was not nearly as frustrating as when I opened the package, the bike was extremely damaged. The front wheel hub was sticking through the side of the box, both fenders were bent up, the rear rack was crushed, and the rear hydraulic brake line was kinked. Due to the brake issue, the bike was not safely rideable, no rear brakes. Juiced Policy: To be clear, if you receive a damaged bike from Juiced, their position is to ship you replacement parts and have YOU repair your bike. This may not be a big deal if it is a simple part to get to, but for example, let's say you have a damaged fender. Well, this involves disassembling the entire rear wheel assembly, since the bolts holding it on are on the inside. Yes, that hour plus job is your reward for receiving a damaged bike. That is IF they have replacement parts! This is where my frustration with FedEx is now with Juiced. Juiced Customer Service: I will do my best to keep this short. First with the only positive I have, every time I got through to a customer service representative they were polite and easy to talk to. Did they help me solve my issue and follow through on promises they gave me, absolutely not. Combining all of the time spent on hold, attempting their text support (this goes nowhere), and most recently attempting to repair my bike (more on this below), I have 10 hours of my time into this, and I still do not have a fully functional bike that I paid for. Juiced does not have replacement parts for the bike that I paid for nearly 2 months ago. In the meanwhile, they continued to sell my exact model, even offering a sale, but no parts for a paid customer. I finally recently received replacement parts, not all, but some. When trying to install the rear fender and more importantly the rear brakes, they sent the wrong parts. Yes, you read that correctly.. I could not be more frustrated with Juiced at this point. Their product appears to be well engineered and built, but they apparently are more interested in sales than owners of their product. Keep this in mind when spending your hard earned money.

Terrible service
Terrible service. We have bought at least 6 bikes from you and the service continues to decline. Ordered an accessory on July 2, asked to cancel the same day I ordered, and never heard a word back. Received the item and immediately emailed Juice for an RMA to return item. One week later no response. Emailed a second time, no response. Called customer service July 18 and was told I would receive the RMA that day or next at the latest. July 25, no still no response. Called customer service again and was told they would email the RMA but they would charge me a 10% restocking fee despite contacting Juiced immediately after ordering the item. Terrible service! Just think if you had ordered a bike and it arrived non-functional and your received this service! Run away as quickly as you can!!

I reached out on opening my shipment…
I reached out on opening my shipment from Juiced Bikes. I bought a hyperscorpion which can go 30 mph. at that speed, Florida requires registration, but not licensure. I went to the DMV the day after I opened my bike and they informed me that the bike does not have a certificate of origin, nor does it have a conforming VIN. I sent a request to return the bike over 2 months ago. I got this today "Hello Jerome, Thank you for reaching out! Apologies for the delayed response. We have received your return request, unfortunately, this order does not meet our return requirements. To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused and returned with 14-days of receipt. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Shipping/Returns Policy - View Policy Here Thank you, Kanani Kanani Juiced Bikes" They think being on hold is such a joke that they play a catchy little folk song making light of it. The bike has rattles in the front end and they never respond. Consider your purchase totally without warranty with this company.

Battery Connection Issue...no solution
Purchase a Hyper Scorpion in Sept of 2020 for $2K. Bike was great out of the box... but the bike no longer works...no power from the battery. There is a connection issue between the battery and the bike. I have 120 miles on the odometer...and have pretty much ridden the bike on pavement. The battery does not connect to the bike... no POWER! If you google: Juiced Bikes Battery Discharge Port Socket / Pins pushed in.. you will find the issue on the Juiced web site. This is the exact problem I have. Juiced knows there is a problem, but they are no doing anything about it. Juiced Customer Service has not responded in weeks and they don't have a solution.

I bought a Rip Racer and it stopped…
I bought a Rip Racer and it stopped working after 2 weeks. I only rode the bike 3 times. It shows an error code 21 which is a speed sensor problem. Tried to contact Juiced by Email and phone and couldn't get any response. Finally did a credit card charge back after 3 weeks. Still waiting for some response from them.

FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE
Due to an accident, my wife's handlebars were destroyed. Attempted to call customer service 20 times over two weeks. No one answers. Sent repeated emails from the juiced website requesting assistance from their "customer service". Have not received one response from them. Their customer service department DOES NOT EXIST. UPDATE: My email from August 9th was answered on August 22nd. In their email they apologized for their long delay in responding. They told me the part I needed was being processed. They would contact me when it was shipped.

Unresponsive company…
I have 250 miles on my new crosscurrents x. When I purchased the bike they had a concurrent sale on the previous model. Questioning them about it, they explained an improvement with the battery. I decided I would go with the new one. I recieved the new one and it is a 2021 model???? It's almost 2023 and that's what I expected. At least no later than 2022. The bike rides fine. My mileage is close enough to what they claim. But some of the parts included are garbage. The front fender isn't worth putting on. Their instructional video tells you to bend the stays to make it fit right and cheap plastic attachments broke trying to keep the fender from rubbing against the tire. Changed the seat after the second ride. I have never ridden a bicycle seat so uncomfortable. I normally ride without pads but even wearing pads this seat was uncomfortable. I considered buying their fast charger but don't believe the claims about being 400% faster. That would be just over an hour. Lastly but most importantly, I have emailed them 4x and still haven't gotten a response. If you want to deal knowingly with a company like this don't complain. I wish I knew before hand. I would have gone with a different brand. 9/29 recieved my first and so far only response. They are asking for reiteration of my request. So it is really no response. I am now at just over 500 miles. I have had a chain drop, falls off the chain ring while riding. The chain skips now and then. I have checked for foreign objects, manipulated every link and lubricated them individually. But that didn't solve the problem. I haven't contacted juiced about these two problems as I have no faith that they will respond.

Rip Current S ebikes are awesome!
I own 2 of the Ripcurrent S bikes. One is the 750 watt and the other is the 1000 watt. I live in Utah and have taken mine up Millcreek Canyon to the top in summer and winter on the snow. It is about a 30 mile round trip from my home. I usually end up with about 1/3 of the battery left after this ride as I use sport or race mode quite a bit going up the canyon. It makes the ride up a breeze. The fat tires are a blast on the packed snow in winter time. I've taken it up on the Bonneville shoreline trail and the power and ability to handle the trail is quite good for no rear suspension due to the 4" fat tires. Recently, I took my 83 year old father down to central Utah on his limited entry elk hunt. Getting out to our hunting grounds was fun and quick and quiet. I was so impressed that an old guy like my dad could handle the bike so well. He was thrilled with the power and the way it handled. He harvested a 6X6 bull and I was the one who hauled the quarters out and the head and antlers. It took me 5 trips. Each leg of the trip in and out was close to 4 miles with quite a bit of uphill. The rack is definately beefy enough to handle the weight of the loads. When all was said and done I had 2 bars left, so the Ripcurrent S handled an elk hunt like a champ and made it so fun and convenient. I love my bikes, I highly recommend them. Juiced needs to juice their customer service a little or I'd give ya 5 stars.

Cust Service by phone has been GREAT
I've called main phone 3x, reached tech support & had zero issues getting info & help. They've increased staff recently & each guy listened then came up with solutions. The scorpion & hyperscorpion comes enveloped in a custom 3d foam cutout that fills the shipping box. It's worth it! There's MUCH LESS to install than in original utube video (b4 they packed in molded foam). Can't speak for other models. Juiced instructions in the manual are detailed, with drawings, and without need to translate into English. See utube videos by juiced bikes on their "how to" & tips. Professional visuals & clearly spoken instructions. I think they are going to get better & better. Give them credit for providing ebike education, not ONLY selling products. Then I'll give them kudos for a fully equipped bike out of the box. Lock not included but who wants a cheapie lock anyway?!!
