They lie and don't do what they say!!!…
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They do answer there phone but they lie! I have been waiting on a $2200 refund for over a month. Bikes come with cheaper tires and derailers than they say. They tell me the refund is being processed for 3 weeks now. They will take your money quickly and sound super sweet and helpful and available but when you have any issues (and you will) they tell you the same old thing with no results. Going to the BBB. They are a horrible company that does not have a long term vision. Go anywhere else!!!

Great Bikes but terrible support UPDATE
Great Bikes but terrible support. Bought 3 RipCurrents over Christmas. We unfortunately broke our front fork on a month old bike and after multiple emails have no reply and no idea of how to repair the bike. More than happy to pay what it takes. All it takes is a yes or a no to keep a customer happy! UPDATE - Received an email and the part was shipped right away. Putting it down to Covid and have heard they have sold a lot of bikes and do not have the Support Staff to handle all the inquiries. That said if you are an Online only business you have to get that part of it right.

Not as far as claimed, …
Juiced bike is the sam BASE as all the other top end Chinese bikes. Today Ebikes are all the same base with cosmetic differences for each company. Juiced is expensive And bikes does not last nearly as long as they claim, even with upgrade battery 52v The customer service is not good at all and basically dont care Wouldn't buy from them again as you can buy same product elsewhere

Juiced Bikes it is the exactly example…
Juiced Bikes it is the exactly example why I don't like nothing made it in china. I have a lot of problems with my camp scrambler with only 50 miles. Custumer service is a nightmare they do not answer e-mails they do not answer calls. Once I got e-mail from them with instructions to see if I can fix the bike myself. What a horrible experience. 1,800 dollars for a junk bike.

Hello Macros, I apologize, as we should have made more of an effort to follow up with you after our last conversation. In that message we asked the following: “If the cable is disconnecting you might need to adjust the slack of the cable. The cable is routed by zip ties, you should be able to get more slack by stretching the cable position.” Base on your review, this may not have resolved your issue. We are sending you a follow-up email and will attempt to contact you via phone. Please let us know what issues you are currently experiencing and we will provide the best solution. If you would like to speak with me personally please give us a call and request to speak with the Customer Support Supervisor. Thank you for your feedback.

DO NOT BUY FROM JUICEDBIKES!!!!!!!
I purchased my regular scorpion (Non-Hyper) on september 3rd 2020 for 2,100 dollars US. After few weeks, JUICED drastically decreased the price for the bike at 1,499. I message JUICED and it took them 3 weeks to reply and they still wouldn't partial refund me. This is not the only issues i've had with JUICED,, the bike is cheaply made, i can't change my rear tire because i can't remove the anti-dropper that's protecting the wheel to come off. The suspensions are garbage, make sure to slow down at 5MPH when you're going over a pothole or else your dream might finally come true and be able to fly like a bird. The bike came with major scratches, they told me they were going to send "touch up" paint, it took them 2 months to send me black nail polish as "touch up" paint LOL. This company is straight up trash. They won't reply to you, they even blocked me on IG after sharing my experience and they also delete all the negative reviews you left on their website. STAY AWAY.

All Smiles
I purchased a Scorpion the end of November 2020. I emailed them once before the eBike had shipped to get an ETA on the arrival. Customer Service promptly responded with a tracking number and that it had shipped. It arrived with no issues, as the packaging was impeccable. It was easy to put together as their tutorial videos are in-depth and easy to follow. I have enjoyed many rides on this and also ordered some mirrors and a seat extension, which I received very quickly. This company makes quality eBikes and I get stopped everytime I am out riding as people want to know where to get one.

Customer service very lacking
Bought a rip current the tail light was busted when notified they sent me a new one which was great. Then bought a Cross current the paint on the rack was already peeling out of the box and the tail light on this one could never work with The way it was built. Notified them sent pictures and emailed them with zero response. Seems they stand by their product as long as it’s cheap and easy otherwise zero

There customer service is AWFUL
There customer service is AWFUL! Can't get anyone on the phone. They never call you back when you leave messages and they never actually reply to any emails you sent through the system. I bought the upgraded off road kit - it's got less power than the original. Can't ask a question, can't get a refund... Obnoxious.

My Rip Current S so far has been good…
My Rip Current S so far has been good overall. My issue is the reviews on their website are selective. I posted a positive review on the bike but a negative on their finance company Klarna. They initially posted the review but after awhile they took it off. When there is an excess of 5 star reviews on any product online it is usually a result of them selecting which reviews are going to be posted. It is possible to have a true 5 star product but when you look at third party review sites and they don't sync with the company reviews they are obviously skewed.

Update on recent purchase…
This is an update to my review from 7/2/2021. Finally received an email response from Juiced CS that they were sending me a Battery Upper Interface V3 Service Kit to take care of the defective locking assembly issue that they shipped with my bike on 6/9/2021. There was no mention of who was going to replace the parts and pay for the repair service. I called the Juiced customer service number and spoke with Danielle (She would not provide her last name for some unknown reason) Danielle stated that they would have a local bike mechanic service my bike, but could not provide the name of the service. I stated that I would like a refund for the bike since it has multiple issues after only 45 miles. Danielle stated that Juiced would keep 10% of my $2600 as a "restocking fee" on their defective bicycle. I informed her that Juiced Bikes has an extremely poor reputation and that their foot dragging and "the checks in the mail" excuses are legendary on the internet. We ended the conversation with Danielle saying she was going to process my refund tomorrow and call me back with an RMA and instructions on how to return the defective merchandise to Juiced. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products and have zero support. DON'T BUY A JUICED BIKE.
I purchased a Cross Current X on June 15th. When it arrived on June 26th, I took it, in the box it was shipped in, to an electric bike shop to be professionally assembled. After paying for assembly and picking up the assembled bike, I discovered Juiced shipped me the incorrect model. The model they shipped was the Cross Current S2. Weaker battery, downgraded seat, no fenders and no bike rack. I contacted JUICED and they said they would ship me an upgraded battery, fenders and rack. Later that day, I researched and discovered that the Cross Current X has an upgraded seat. I again contacted JUICED and they said OOPS yes it does. Said they would ship it as well. Days later, I received the shipment. No upgraded battery. No back rack. I called JUICED customer service. Austin, my customer service rep, said the battery had been sitting, ready to be shipped, for a week. Said it required special packaging. I asked why they couldn't provide the special packing for shipment. He said it takes time.... Weekly, JUICED is shipping out Cross Current X bikes to new customers with the correct packing for the battery, but won't bother to ship my battery. They have enough bike racks for newly purchased Cross Current X's, but won't ship me mine. Their response: "We don't remove bike racks from new bikes because then we couldn't sell them." They didn't have a problem shipping mine without the rack? Today, I received a note from customer service that the battery will be shipped at a "to be determined" future date. The main reason I purchased the X is for the upgraded battery. JUICED also told me I will need to ship the incorrect weaker battery and incorrect seat back to them. No offer to pay for "special" packaging and shipping. This entire shopping experience has been time consuming and frustrating. Purchase your bike elsewhere. My wife purchased a RAD bike, and it was a no hassle and she loves it.

ZERO Problems in 2500 MILES on my RipCurrent S
I purchased my RipCurrent S near the end of 2019 before Covid-19 hit. During 2020, I put 2,500 miles on it with no issues whatsoever. I did replace my tires at about 2,000 miles, but could have ridden a few hundred more miles or so on them. I did experience two flat tires during that time and I didn't want to experience anymore. I can't blame flat tires on Juiced Bikes that's normal wear and tear. I'm now running Tannus inserts, with thicker motorcycle tubes as well as tire sealant in the tubes because nothing sucks more than being miles away from home pushing an e-bike with a flat front tire, except maybe not owning an E-bike in the first place. They are an absolute blast. It's like being a kid again. Most people are frustrated with ALL e-bike companies right now because E-bikes are relatively new and the E-bike market is like the Wild Wild West right now. (which is why you're probably reading reviews) Also, Covid has jacked up the supply chain. Cream always rises to the top. We will see what happens with Juiced Bikes as the market begins to stabilize. I feel that when the dust finally settles Juice Bikes will still be standing. I chose Juiced because back in 2019 there weren't very many companies offering 52 volt batteries and they gave the appearance of being a solid company. Originally, I was eyeing a Rad Rover, but chose the higher performing Rip Current instead. I also purchased a stock Scorpion from Juiced based on my positive right experience and for battery compatibility and have had ZERO problems with it as well.

dont buy juice bike rip s they should call them rip off sxxx
dont buy juice bike rip s the company should call rip off suck company This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the Products. Furthermore, this warranty will not cover any damage resulting from the abuse or neglect of the Products. Examples of abuse and neglect include, but are not limited to: Racing or competition use, modification of original parts, abnormal strain. Water damage. Lack of proper maintenance as described in the Owner’s Manual, installation of parts or accessories that are not equivalent in design and quality to genuine Juiced parts (“Incompatible Parts”). Use of lubricants that are not suitable for e-bike use. Damage as a result of accidents, collisions, road hazards, or operation on surfaces, such as stairs, not intended for conventional e-bike use; damage from external factors such as salt air or saltwater, bird droppings, or chemicals. Commercial applications, such as transporting cargo, delivering newspapers, and rentals. Temporary decrease in power or distance that can be traveled on a single battery charge, as described in the Owner’s Manual, due to operating conditions such as ambient temperatures, load, inclines, frequent starting and stopping, and normal system-protection functions, as well as temperature-related performance of the battery charger. Normal deterioration, including the gradual decrease of battery capacity over the warranty period as long as the battery capacity is still 50% or more of the initial capacity before the warranty expiration and the total number of battery charging cycles is 200 or less. Other normal deterioration includes natural fading of painted or plated surfaces, and cosmetic ozone or weather cracking in tires. so what do you cover ???????????????????????????

Thank you for your feedback. At this time Juiced Bikes can only cover manufacture defectives up to one year. Meaning if there are any issues with the bike caused by the manufacture, not a user error will be covered. Our team is trained in troubleshooting manufacturing defects. Similar to other e-bike brand policies does not cover wear and tear items or improper use. We always want to help our customers in any way we can. Please feel free to reach out directly to us to see what option we have for you. Thank you!

Thank You Juiced!!!!!
I revised my one star review after Tracy Watson resolved all of my one star problems. I would give her 10 stars if possible for her efforts. She immediately directed the bike mechanics work with us to inspect, repair and send all the necessary replacement parts without any complications or need for further instructions. She nothing short of fantastic!!

No repair tech support
A local bike shop put 2 new tires on my Ripcurrent model. When I picked up the bike the pedal assist was not working and it would take off by itself while stopped. I returned it to the bike shop. They called and said they got the pedal assist to work. I picked it up and it is not working properly. Now only one level of pedal assist works and the pedal assist is jerky. The bike shop does not know how to fix the bike and said they will no longer will work on Juiced bikes because it is near impossible to get a Juiced technician on the phone for help. I emailed Juiced at least 4 times and they send me links to fix a problem I do not have with the bike. Now I have a useless expensive bike. If Juiced bikes would speak to the bike shop the shop would try to fix it one last time.

I shipped my bike to another state and…
I shipped my bike to another state and during shipping the front wheel spacers got lost. I called Juiced to find out what size they were and the customer service was absolutely brilliant. I didn't get the persons name, but they were so helpful and couldn't do enough to get me riding again. Really impressed with them.

Juiced has taken great care of me - love my Ripcurrent S
I been so impressed with Juiced bikes. I initially was disappointed that they accidently shipped me the wrong sized Ripcurrent S but they compensated me for my troubles which was very fair. I had the portable battery powered airpump accessory fail and they IMMEDIATELY shipped a replacement - no questions asked saying everything was covered by a 1 year warrantee. The bike itself has been fantastic - have over 200 miles on it so far and it is just a tank. I picked up some nice paniers for the strong rear rack and I am able to fit a significant amount of groceries in the back. The bike rides great on the beach and I find it use it for so many around town chores that I am driving my gas hog SUV so much less because the bike is just so much fun to ride. At the rate I am riding I can probably pay for it in just savings from driving in a few years. My only wish is that I purchased it sooner than I did!

CrossCurrent X is a quality bike
I received my CrossCurrent X yesterday. The pre-assembly and packaging were both exceptional. The bike would've likely survived a drop off of a truck given the thoughtful design of the foam packaging materials and care in packing. I completed the minimal assembly of the bike quickly, and it was perfect - no brake or shifter adjustments needed. I've bought many bikes, and usually I have to make some adjustments. After charging, I tested it and the bike functioned normally as expected. Actually better than expected - it's considerably smoother in pedal assist modes than other e-bikes I've ridden and feels more like a traditional bike. Perhaps this is due to the torque sensor. I'm very glad I chose the Juiced CrossCurrent X. Update 02/03/22: As it turned out, roughly half of my spokes were loose - both wheels. It took a ride longer than my short initial test ride for this to surface. Many others have complained about this as well. It would appear that the rims are being loosely strung with spokes, then the next step, tightening and truing the wheels is being skipped during factory assembly. Somehow, it appears that there's no Q/A process in place to catch this. So bad. I spent a hour and a half tightening spokes and truing the wheels. It's unacceptable that this is a known problem yet continues to happen. It's actually dangerous - the wobbly wheels could fail or otherwise cause a crash. Juiced should be better than this. The bike is otherwise solid, so I changed my review to 4 stars from 5.
