Growing pains
Juiced has always been in the lead as far as design and technology, but they are struggling to make the transition from a great start up to a great company. Quality control as well as customer service and support are hit and miss. If they can get the back end under control, they might be one of the best. If not, they will have been only a great possibility.

Bought crosscurrent x and Ripcurrent s
Bought crosscurrent x and Ripcurrent s. The bikes are awesome. Excellent workmanship. I feel sorry for people that don't have one. Ripcurrent had a flat tire right out of the box. Got it fixed at local bike shop. There was a small piece of metal puncturing the tube. Had to wait to take it on the first ride, but stuff happens. They ride great and I am pleased with my purchase.

I love this bike however there are a few suggestions. 1. The battery life is not good. I work 8 miles from work and even on eco I am loosing battery life by half 2. The weight of the bike is heavy. 3. I live inNew York so security is an issue. A compartment for the bike chain might be a good idea. 4. The gear shift needs improvement. If you run out of battery power it would be easier to ride as a non powered bike if it had better gears. 5. A lighter battery. 6. Fenders should be included. 7. A sissy bar. I hope this helps. It’s a great machine just need more distance with the battery. Best chefmiguelnyc@gmail

Great bike
Great bike. Nice that you added the inner (front part) rear fender so I didn't have to like on my wife's RCS. Learning to get the wheel on and off with the spacers in the correct place was a bit challenging for me. You save me a lot of time on that score. Nice to see you're always making improvements to the bike as noticed by the rack re fender assembly. One improvement: cut both sides of the rear fender by the crank so it lays flat. Mine was cut only on one side and so twisted the fender so it doesn't lay correctly. Small complaint but it seems to me if you're cutting one side why not the other? Also the front fork plastic front axle shipping reinforcement piece didn't survive shipping. It was broken when I pulled the bike out. My wife's RCS came with a metal bolt reinforcement. More expensive but it survived shipping. Though you might want to know. Have you thought about adding fender extensions as an accessory? Two small SS bolts with SS capture nuts, a drill and it's on? Maybe charge $10 plus shipping for each or no shipping if ordered with the bike? or maybe just make the fenders a bit longer especially the front one

Ship parts faster
We ordered 2 Rip Current s'es they arrived in a timely manner. One was perfect the other was damaged in route, not your fault. The damaged bike also worked at first then quit working. Customer service was friendly as we troubleshoot the problem, my only complaint is that the parts should of been shipped in a faster manner it took several weeks to get the bike parts and fixed. Meaning that we had 2 brand new bikes and we could only use 1 of them. Not the end of the world just a suggestion.

This company and their products is TOP…
This company and their products is TOP NOTCH. Not another chinese company that's going to disappear like so many do (I've been severely BURNED by bogus Kickstarters from China that appear local.) Juiced is right outta San Diego and you can ACTUALLY TALK TO HUMANS at the company. They are GREAT with service and response time. They make TOP NOTCH BIKES and my CrossCurrentS is WAY better than expected. I commute 17 miles EACH WAY daily and look forward to every single ride.

I have received my CCX from Juiced
I have received my CCX from Juiced and everything seemed fine during the UN-boxing so I charged the battery and much to my surprise the thumb control wouldn't work? Went through all the trouble shooting and found nothing had changed? Call Juiced and went through all of it again and still not working? The tech told me to look at the thumb switch again and see if there was anything stopping its movement and after closer look I could see that the LCD monitor was holding it down about 1/4" and was tricking the controller from working properly! An now I couldn't be happier, thanks to the Tech who helped ME! Good Bike and great service!!!!!!!

We just purchased two RipCurrent S's to add to our two CrossCurrent's. These bikes have changed our lives. We are out getting exercise and loving every minute of it. Well built, great pricing and fantastic customer service, I wish everything i bought came close to giving us the satisfaction Juiced bikes bring us. Dan

I would not recommend Juiced Bikes.
I would not recommend Juiced Bikes. I brought a Juiced Crosscurrent S and have had nothing but problems. The first battery failed after 150 charges, the second battery failed after 75 charges, both despite following all the rules when charging. The control unit has failed twice and the chain falls off every time I ride it due to a poorly designed chain ring. Juiced Bikes customer service is non existent, they just make poor excuses for what is a cheaply made bike.

I really like my Juiced Crosscurent X…
I really like my Juiced Crosscurent X and have 400 miles on it. I bike in one of the best bike cities in the US, Minneapolis. I have had 2 issues with the bike. The first one was it needed an $80 dollar tuneup/adjustment. It wasn't perfect from the factory. The second one in still not resolved. My battery cuts out and I don't have power. I believe because of the larger battery. A bump can affect the connection. I now use a yoga strap to wind around the battery and frame and believe that helps. I will contact the company to see if they have any suggestions

Decent bike. Bad customer service
I purchased the RipCurrent S a couple of months ago and have about 1k miles on it so far. To be fair both ways, this is a price point bike so the components are not that great and, if upgraded, you end up spending more than you would spend on higher end electric bikes. As long as you go into it with your eyes open and willingly accept the trade-off, you are fine. The bike needed adjustments and it quickly became clear that paying a bit more to buy locally is more justifiable when dealing with slow responding customer service techs where you get a single instruction every other day. That is a decision you will need to make. After several weeks of back and forth, I ended up requesting an escalation and being denied. That is bad customer service (they know that you can no longer return the bike.) To add insult to injury, I wrote an honest review on their site which was not published or was maybe taken down so I understand now how they maintain their high ratings. I cannot recommend a company that deals unethically regardless of how good its products are so I recommend looking elsewhere.

I love the bike
I love the bike, but had a few issues which support handled rapidly. Now I'm waiting on support to help fix a torque sensor issue which I just reported today.

hyperfat 1100
hyperfat 1100, very reliable and fast. the only issue is that after 1 year the engine is less responsive and the top speed caps now at 30 instead of 40 for some reasons.

Don't trust this company, worst warranty practices.
Don't trust this company! My Ocean Current had an electrical fire and I still couldn't get a replacement! My faith in humanity has gone up in black smoke just like that first ride on a Juiced Bike. It took half a year to get it repaired. Correspondence was like screaming into the void of space, only to receive faulty parts with damaged insulation. I'll never make large purchases upfront again in my life.

Shady Financing
As of now I am very unsatisfied with Juiced Bikes financing option with affirm. 1st email enclosed confirmation and approval. Then I got an email stating that they are not accepting purchases made via affirm. Perhaps it would be a REALLY good idea to get the option to apply/pay via affirm out of the pymts option. This is shady. Especially when affirm states that there might be a partial refund. I really wanted to like Juiced Bikes but this is a very bad first impression!
