Highest Quality, Best Customer Service, Lowest Price
I found Adi and The Art of Jewels in searching for an engagement ring on RareCarat.com. Adi offered me an incredible price on a perfect, emerald-cut diamond (nearly 30% below fair market value and significantly less than what other online retailers were offering for the same exact stone), and held my hand in developing the most delicate, platinum, solitaire setting. I really don't think he made much, if any, money off of my purchase. Furthermore, he agreed to procure the diamond before I was able to send my wire, and had the ring made and shipped to me (from SF to NY) in less than one week's time start to finish. After receiving the ring, I had it independently appraised and successfully confirmed its GIA authenticity and diamond characteristics. Adi was also very helpful in obtaining proper insurance for my purchase. Thanks to Adi's exceptional customer service, the entire process was made very easy and stress-free, and the ring turned out to be even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Fortunately, my now-fiance said yes! We will be returning to Adi for our wedding bands and other jewelry needs, and would highly recommend him to anyone in similar shoes.

Happened to find Art of the Jewel when looking online. Adi is knowledgeable, proud, and a true craftsman. The ring was delivered on his timeframe which was accurate and prompt. I am grateful to him for providing my love with a true treasure. I can't recommend him enough!

Amazing design and craftsmanship!
Adi, a true gentleman and scholar. Generously gives of his time and incredibly patient. His vast knowledge of diamonds and keen eye for design is incredible. He worked with me on 3 very unique rings that turned out spectacular! With so many cookie cutter jewelry companies; it’s amazing to have access to someone of his skill level. Best customer service I have ever…
Best customer service I have ever received. Picked out a ring diamond that I thought was a great choice. However a couple days later a gem expert called me and said that the diamond I picked was cloudy and he flat out couldn't sell it to me. He worked with me to find the perfect ring, he was very responsive and attentive, he found a ring that he told me my fiance would absolutely love and she did! The ring was gorgeous we both couldn't stop looking at it! My heart is actually full and I'm so grateful that I went this route. And the icing on the cake was last minute I asked for a engraving and it was giving to me for free. What a great company! Shout out my boy Adi, thanks for all the help my friend.

Great service There was a delay with my order, and I initially did not receive any updates about this delay, or when my order would be shipped. Very fast and efficient store. I had everything processed same day (24 hrs for my transfer to go through) and the associate that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and on the ball with everything. Time to press the stone and to ship was right on the quoted time. Additionally I spent the better part of 8 months researching diamonds, thier prices are VERY good. This being my first time purchasing diamonds in this way, I will say, I will definitely be doing my diamond shopping in this way, and likely with The Art Of Jewels going forward.

They reached out to me every step of the way first by ensuring they had my product in stock and that it was being inspected. So happy that we stumbled upon The Art of Jewels! My boyfriend and I have been browsing around looking at engagement rings the past few months. I wanted a high quality ring without having to pay $$$. I know my boyfriend would put down the money to buy the ring of my dreams but I’m someone who would rather put that extra money towards the wedding itself. While doing research, I found The Art of Jewels through Rarecarat and I’m so happy I did! Adi and the team were amazing throughout the process! I started off chatting with Adi through his website to learn more about custom engagement rings. I’m lucky enough to live in the Bay Area, where he’s located, so we went to visit him one weekend. He was sooo patient with me! I’m sure I had a million questions about picking the right diamond and Adi was fantastic, from educating me on diamonds and the business, to looking through the inventory together to find the perfect diamond, to helping me design my dream ring! Adi and his team were super quick to send over a draft of my first ring design after our visit. I knew how I wanted the setting to look and was looking for the right crown to hold the diamond. I initially sent him a crown that I thought looked really pretty. When I saw the design, sadly, I wasn’t in love with the crown as much as I thought I would be. It was a 6 prong and I decided a 4 prong would look a lot better with my setting. I shared my thoughts with Adi and sent 4 other crowns I was considering after browsing around. It’s tough for me to envision in my mind how the crowns will look on the setting itself and Adi didn’t hesitate and sent over designs of all 4 crowns I was looking at! I was so appreciative of this — and also felt really bad asking for so many drafts! I ended up loving one of the drafts he sent over and approved it quickly! I always expected custom rings to have a turnaround time of a few weeks to months but Adi’s team was so quick - from the day I approved the design, it took the team about 1.5 weeks to create it! We had the chance to go in person to pick it up today and the ring is absolutely gorgeous!! The diamond was so beautiful and sparkly that it would blind anyone that looks at it! (Thank you, Adi, for taking the time to help me find the perfect diamond!) The sizing was a bit too tight to my liking and Adi and his team were able to help stretch the ring out a bit more for me on the spot! Overall, I had such a great experience with Adi! He is so customer centric and responds very quickly whenever I had any questions. I know he is working with many clients at a time, but throughout the process, I felt like I was his top priority! If anyone is looking for engagement ring / wedding band / custom jewelry / anything jewelry related, don’t hesitate to reach out to Adi and his team! Allow three weeks
Love the ring! It's beautiful! Fits perfectly. No issues there. Also, insuring it with Zillion was a snap. That said, wish the estimated time line was more accurate. Three weeks from order to arrival. 10 days for the diamond just to arrive in the shop, over a week to set it and check it, then three days to be delivered. It was overnighted as promised, but sat two days and two nights in the post office. That isn't what your website says nor what they tell you on chat. Better to be honest with the wait time. I was beginning to worry towards the end. Thought you might not be a legitimate jeweler, after all. I was beyond relieved to open the package and see all was well. It's a scary business ordering something so valuable online, so better disclosure would be a good idea. In the end, it was well worth the wait. Had I known, I would have been more patient and less paranoid. :)
