Highly Recommend
We found the Art of Jewels on rarecarat while looking for a 10 year anniversary ring. Adi was fast to respond and was able to put my diamond on hold while we decided on a setting. It took about 2-3 weeks from start to arrival. The ring is absolutely beautiful. The diamonds are set smooth & sparkle immensely. Thank you!

Started out big box, ended up mom and pop ... glad I did!
I do my research. If I'm buying a car, I learn the car business. Same with diamonds. I learned my stuff and started my journey: Blue Nile, James Allen, all of the "alternatives" to the big box outlets. Long story short, I stumbled across The Art of Jewels. Their website talked about how the diamond business is stacked against the consumer and encouraged visitors to send links to diamonds they found elsewhere. Believe me when I say I found my top 8 diamonds and checked EVERY site for the same GIA numbers. I took a chance and wrote to The Art of Jewels because they didn't have a price for one particular diamond on my short list. Adi replied within 5 minutes. He consistently beat the best prices I could find at another competitively priced site by a full 7%. Over the next two days, we had approximately 15 communications as I narrowed in on a loose diamond and a setting. He was quick, friendly, and gave me a promo code for the setting I wanted (and offered to custom make me a similar setting for 20-30% less than another site if he didn't have the one I wanted). In the end, I got a great diamond and a great setting, both for a great price, and had the finished ring in hand within about 2 weeks. Pretty remarkable. Another rep from The Art of Jewels even called me the night before shipping to personally tell me the ring was in their final QC and engraving process and would ship the next day. I had it 24 hours later. It's beautiful and exactly as advertised. This place does the best kind of business: They made good money for themselves and I got a great deal. Can't beat that. Highly recommend. Thanks for a really great experience. I will definitely refer any and all of my friends and family.

Highly recommended The Art of Jewels
My experience with The Art of Jewels is truly remarkable. I found a loose diamond that I wanted thru a marketplace for diamond engagement rings so I knew that The Art of Jewels had been vetted as a reliable company. I immediately called Adi and explained to him that I wanted to keep the setting that I currently have and just upgrade the middle stone. Adi was so knowledgeable and offered me great advice. He was patient when I changed my mind and opted for a halo around the stone. He immediately sent me a PDF file of the design I wanted and once I gave the confirmation he sent me a FedEx overnight shipping label to mail my current ring. I wanted him to use the side stones from my current ring and incorporate the new stone. And it was worth the wait. I received my ring today and it was perfect. The workmanship was superb. I’m ecstatic and I would definitely recommend Adi when you’re shopping for diamonds.

Amazing!!

The best shopping experience ever
I can not recommend Adi and The Art Of Jewels enough. I had first ordered a ring through a main-stream competitor and the diamond had gotten lost through the process which they didn't even care to tell me. Two weeks before the big date, I was frantically search online and stumbled across AOJ through RareCarat. I started talking through the chat widget on the site and it was clear I was talking to someone who actually cared. I found out soon that it was the owner, Adi. He took the time at 1AM PST to contact the actual company the diamond was coming from overseas to assure that it would be here in time. The complete process took 6 business days and I had the most gorgeous diamond ever that my now fiancee absolutely loves. Huge thanks to Adi for not only knocking out of the park, but also for holding my hand and dealing with a million anxious emails from one anxious dude. I will recommend him to everyone. There is a reason there are all these reviews mentioning his name in particular and that is because this is a small shop run by someone who really cares and will not let you down.

I could not be any happier
I could not be any happier! I bought a loose diamond, found out I couldn't get insurance on it as a "loose" stone. This was discovered about 5 minutes after the diamond arrived at my door. I contacted The Art Of Jewels asking if they could insure it with their partner, nope. I did not want to take the diamond out of the house without insurance. I worked with Adi, he had me send the ring back and I picked a basic solitaire band. It was mounted and I was able to get the rock (now a ring) insured. This took only three days! It costs a few hundred dollars but my piece of mind is worth it (I waited 10 years to by such a rock - I wanted to know it is covered, just incase). I will eventually have a ring made with this beautiful stone, as I intended; for now, I happily wear the "temporary" ring, with delight.

Best Prices and Best Service
I was looking around at the my local jewelers and found out through their prices they are very over priced. So just like I normally do on anything I buy, I researched the heck out of where to buy my engagement ring. After countless Youtube video's, James Allen and Rare Carat were the two that were repetitively mentioned. By this point I am probably 10-15 hours invested into understanding the 4 C's to a diamond and where the buy it so I thought... I leaned towards Rare Carat because of their diamond prices. James Allen prices were hundreds of dollars cheaper that my local jewelers and Rare Carat was hundreds of dollars cheaper than James Allen for the exact same diamond. When I was looking at a couple of the diamonds I really liked (.9 carat, H Color, VVS2, Excellent Cut and Symmetry). The main jeweler that kept popping up was The Art of Jewels. So what did I do???... You go it! I researched them so more. I come to find out (by talking to the owner Adi) that they are a smaller jeweler who custom makes their rings out of California. I was on the phone with Adi for about an hour trying to pick my perfect ring. He was super patient and very knowledgeable about what would look the best. And yes I have to give it up to him because it turned out more beautiful than I thought!!! I am so thankful that I put the research in to save on literally $1-2k for the same ring/diamond. So let me save you some time and money - they are a very reputable company and shipped my ring to my house from order to door in 2 weeks. It does take some time to custom make but well worth it! To Adi and his whole team, thank you from the bottom of my heart! My fiancé and I appreciate the time and detail you put in to her ring.
