I am beyond impressed with the Diamond we purchased. We were a little leary at first to order a Diamond online but we are now lifetime customers. We purchased a 1.89 caret diamond for half of what our jeweler was going to charge us. When our jewler saw our diamond and learned the price he was speechless! Great Service, Arrived as promised. We could not be happier!! Thank you so much!!!

Purchasing an engagement ring is intimidating as it is, not to mention the stress of making such a large purchase online without seeing the product. Adi went the extra mile to ease my worries. Whenever I called, emailed, or used the online chat I always had a response within minutes. The stone was delayed a few days, but Adi kept me updated and got me the ring just in time. I was also concerned how the ring box would look and thought I may have to get a nicer one in town. The ring came in a a very simple, nice and clean all black box that looks great. My now fiancé absolutely loves the diamond and setting. I would recommend The Art of Jewels to anyone looking to get a spectacular deal backed by quality customer service.

I think we got good value from our purchase. She loves it which is most important. This is one of the larger purchases most folks make so a little bit more even automated communication along the way would be great. Just something to update the steps of the process. That's really not a critique just something that would have made the experience a lot better for me as a client. Giving 4 stars because we took the ring to a local jeweler to be sized and they said the diamond was loose in the setting. When you shook the ring you could hear it rattle.

Great experience all around. There were frequent updates and check backs to see if i needed any help. The order actually arrived a full week early for a fantastic engagement weekend! The diamond was exactly as described, came with full documentation and had my girl saying 'YES!' instantly.

Best Customized Jeweler for Wedding Rings
Adi did an amazing job making our customized ring. We brought a picture of the ring we wanted him to make for my fiancé and the result was the exact replica of what we wanted! He took the time to really work with us and made sure it was what we wanted. Adi was efficient, easy to work with and made the ring a lot quicker than we expected and my fiancé loves his ring. The diamond was beautiful in person. Set perfectly in ring. Great customer service. The ring size was slightly big so we sent back to have reduced one size. In 2 days got the ring back. Very happy
