So happy that we stumbled upon The Art of Jewels! My boyfriend and I have been browsing around looking at engagement rings the past few months. I wanted a high quality ring without having to pay $$$. I know my boyfriend would put down the money to buy the ring of my dreams but I’m someone who would rather put that extra money towards the wedding itself. While doing research, I found The Art of Jewels through Rarecarat and I’m so happy I did! Adi and the team were amazing throughout the process! I started off chatting with Adi through his website to learn more about custom engagement rings. I’m lucky enough to live in the Bay Area, where he’s located, so we went to visit him one weekend. He was sooo patient with me! I’m sure I had a million questions about picking the right diamond and Adi was fantastic, from educating me on diamonds and the business, to looking through the inventory together to find the perfect diamond, to helping me design my dream ring! Adi and his team were super quick to send over a draft of my first ring design after our visit. I knew how I wanted the setting to look and was looking for the right crown to hold the diamond. I initially sent him a crown that I thought looked really pretty. When I saw the design, sadly, I wasn’t in love with the crown as much as I thought I would be. It was a 6 prong and I decided a 4 prong would look a lot better with my setting. I shared my thoughts with Adi and sent 4 other crowns I was considering after browsing around. It’s tough for me to envision in my mind how the crowns will look on the setting itself and Adi didn’t hesitate and sent over designs of all 4 crowns I was looking at! I was so appreciative of this — and also felt really bad asking for so many drafts! I ended up loving one of the drafts he sent over and approved it quickly! I always expected custom rings to have a turnaround time of a few weeks to months but Adi’s team was so quick - from the day I approved the design, it took the team about 1.5 weeks to create it! We had the chance to go in person to pick it up today and the ring is absolutely gorgeous!! The diamond was so beautiful and sparkly that it would blind anyone that looks at it! (Thank you, Adi, for taking the time to help me find the perfect diamond!) The sizing was a bit too tight to my liking and Adi and his team were able to help stretch the ring out a bit more for me on the spot! Overall, I had such a great experience with Adi! He is so customer centric and responds very quickly whenever I had any questions. I know he is working with many clients at a time, but throughout the process, I felt like I was his top priority!
