Adi offered me an incredible price on a perfect, emerald-cut diamond (nearly 30% below fair market value and significantly less than what other online retailers were offering for the same exact stone), and held my hand in developing the most delicate, platinum, solitaire setting. I really don't think he made much, if any, money off of my purchase. Furthermore, he agreed to procure the diamond before I was able to send my wire, and had the ring made and shipped to me (from SF to NY) in less than one week's time start to finish. After receiving the ring, I had it independently appraised and successfully confirmed its GIA authenticity and diamond characteristics.
