I had lost my diamond while horseback…
I had lost my diamond while horseback riding. I called the Art of Jewels for information to replace the diamond. Adi was so helpful. He sent a fedex label so I could send him my setting. I chose a 3.74 Ct, E, VS1 lab diamond. I also need the ring to be sized a little bigger it was fitting to tight. A couple of weeks later my ring with the new diamond was fedex back with documentation for insurance and authenticity paperwork. The ring is magnificent. The setting was sized perfectly and polished to look brand new (it is 30 years old). The diamond is so beautiful I can't stop looking at it.

Engagement Ring
I bought an engagement ring from The Art of Jewels and it came in a timely manner. The ring was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. I’ve made two ring purchases from here before. The first time, the ring came in a cheaper material ring holder. The second time, it came in a heavier black leather finished ring holder. I suggest trying to make a request for a nicer ring holder when you order.

I dreamed; TAOJ did it!
My mind dreamed of a design and TAOJ made it happen! Even when I changed the design slightly, y’all accommodated me with exactly what I wanted. Your feature of showing me the ring from all angles was amazing! I had talked to a different company about my design and they required a substantial amount just to show me what it would look like—y’all put the plan into action without charge. The whole process was much faster than I expected. There isn’t enough space here for me to say all the good things about TAOJ that I feel!

Exceptional Customer Service
I used The Art of Jewels to buy a lab-created diamond engagement ring. The setting and diamond arrived just as beautiful as advertised, and the price was excellent. However, I did have to return the item two times: first, because the diamond was loose in the setting, and again because a pave stone was missing. Both times, customer service was extremely responsive and easy to work with, and the repairs happened very quickly. It would have been great for the item to have been perfect at the start, but thanks to responsive customer service, I am completely satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent diamonds at a great price
Art of Jewels let me select a very high-quality diamond for a much cheaper price than I would have been able to find elsewhere. They also were quick to respond to emails and even upgraded my diamond when it was found the one I purchased did not meet their own requirements.
