They increase their prices for sales. Buyer Beware...
They jack their prices up for sales, and charge to much for shipping. If they even ship your item. They don’t even offer tracking without paying arm and leg. I will not do business with Plug Your Holes due to dishonest advertising. Their are much better online vendors with way bigger selections and legit sales, for example free shipping over $20 w/tracking, and REAL sales. I’d also like to add that the free pair of plugs they give you.... well let’s just say I’ve seen better costume jewelry. Edit: Plug your holes reported me for using inappropriate language in hopes my review will be taken down....good luck with that btw. I’ve adjusted a few words to sound as inoffensive as possible. Edit: reported me twice for another unoffensive word. I’ll update my review as many times as it takes.

Not worth the wait
Not worth the wait. I ordered a pair of plugs well over a month ago and still have not received them. Apparently, they didn't even have them in stock when I purchased them and didn't have the decency to tell me they were out, I had to inquire after 3 weeks. I used to order from this conpany a few years ago and they were great. I will not be ordering from plugyourholes in the future.

Don’t hold your breath
Decent quality stuff, nice website, great selection ...except it’ll take three months to get to you. Huge waste of time. I ordered $100 with of plugs for my wife’s birthday and it took almost three months to get to my house. AND I ordered it all together and he packages came separate so I couldn’t even give her the gifts like a planned. Their customer service is pretty awful too. Sometimes I wouldn’t get a reply for a week. Probably because there were so many other people complaining about how long it takes to get their order. I have been in shopping logistics for 10 years and it’s simple, DONT LIST WHAT YOU DONT HAVE. There are so many built programming tools that are simple plug ins to track real inventory and delist things that are low or backordered. Or at the very list, be very open and very clear about the fact that orders are going to take 6-12 weeks for delivery, so consumers have the option to go elsewhere. Won’t be ordering from them again, and really neither should you.

REALLLLY long shipping time
Placed an order on August 27th, still no plugs. The email said it shipped out on the 21st of September, checked out the tracking and it was shipped via DHL? I thought they shipped with USPS but anyway it says it is to arrive today October 2nd so we will see. All of the FAQ on the website say that sometimes it takes 7-10 business days to ship out an order but why did mine take 18?! I was trying to be patient but this is ridiculous. I really hope when it does finally arrive that there is nothing wrong with the order. Also note I did NOT order any custom plugs so there is no reason it should have taken this long. Good luck if you decide to order through them. Also note that the money was taken out the day I ordered them.

WORST SERVICE!!!!
WORST SERVICE!!!! I placed a somewhat big order a OVER A MONTH AGO. I got the order confirmation and everything, but the items never shipped. I was being patient at first because you never know, right, but after a month without my items and hearing absolutely nothing from the company, I emailed them to try to refund my order. When I got a reply, the fact that I asked for a refund was completely disregarded and they said it will be shipped out soon. I persisted to ask if I could just get a refund because I STILL haven't received any shipment info so obviously it hasn't been shipped out at all yet, but they said all they could do is give me a store credit refund-- what's the point if the service sucks??? I don't want to support this company if they can't even give me my money back for bad service! DON'T BUY FROM PYH!!!!!

THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER ORDERED PLUGS FROM. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. NOONE is responding to my emails, I received ONE item from my order and they refuse to ship my other orders just because ONE ITEM is out of stock. noone is responding to my emails when I simply want my money back. I'm obviously out 57 dollars. Plug your holes and suck a f****** fat one. do not order plugs from them.

Terrible service
I ordered 2 pairs of plugs the 31st. The next day i emailed them to cancel my order because i read terrible reviews about orders not showing up, shipping taking months, and broken plugs. I have not been emailed back, or refunded and i have emailed them 3x. They’re terrible, i ordered from artic buffalo and got my order in 4 days.

ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! I’ve ordered from here 3 times and been left disappointed every single time. I had a gift card so I DARED to order from them again and AGAIN I’m left peeved and plugless. The say everything is “out of stock” so it takes months to get to you. They send you crappy earskins as “free plugs” every single time even though they promote high quality plugs as the selling point for “free plugs” (earskins aren’t even plugs, so false advertisement) THIS TIME AROUND customer service AND the owner are ignoring emails and phone calls and when you demand a refund you’re ignored. FUHK PYH. They need to be shut down. It shouldn’t take that damn long for some earrings. Anywhere else it take MAYBE a week to RECIEVE your shhitt. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of wooden plugs for engagement photos. I read on the FAQ that it can take up to a week to process the order then 5-10 business days to ship. My photos werent for 4 weeks from the order date so even if it took the full 17 business days for them to arrive, i should have still gotten them on time. Two weeks passed by and i still hadnt gotten a processing notification. I emailed customer support and irish said that they were out of stock (which wasnt posted on the product online) and they were waiting for a new shipment to come in. I thought, i guess they just werent going to tell me if i hadnt asked. I told him to just cancel my order because i needed them for photos and i would have to just order from amazon (which i hate because i like supporting smaller businesses). He apologized and said if i wanted to give him 3-4 different plug options that i liked he would give me one of those instead. So i did but then a week or so later i recieved an email from him (in the same thread) that he had shipped the wooden plugs. I told him i didnt want them and he said for me to just ship them back??? I didn’t return them because i honestly had lost all trust in the company and wanted to be done with the situation. Im upset as to how this was handled and will not recommend anyone to this company.

Ordered plugs on August 8th paid for the 2 day shipping. Did not receive order until over a week later with plugs that are mismatched sizes. I got the wooden tunnels 1 inch and 5 eights. USE ARTIC BUFFALO INSTEAD FOR FAST SHIPPING AND BETTER DEALS.

Stear clear
Stear clear, they are just stealing money now. I used this service several times but most recently my order was apparently delivered to completely the wrong address in a different country. When I went to contact support I noticed I couldn't log-in to my account and the password recovery was not functioning. I tried opening a support chat and the support agent literally just sat there not saying anything.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.
If I could give this website 0 stars, I would. I ordered two pairs of plugs (one for myself and a pair for my boyfriend) and I have been wondering what the heck happened to my order. Why hasn't it arrived? I emailed them 3 TIMES before getting an email back. It's been 3 weeks since I've placed this order (July21st. We're in August 9th now) which I had by the way placed with fast shipping to arrive sooner. And I am NOW receiving a email back saying they dont even have one of the items I ordered in stock??? Um? Then why say its in stock in your store? Im trying to communicate with them because I want my refund and I no longer have interest in receiving anything from them except for my money back. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from Plug Your Holes again. 👎

Ordered quite a few things off from plugyourholes.com for the first time, I did not think they were going to give me any problems, but they did not even notify me that their items were out of stock until I asked them what was going on with my order since it was taking long for a confirmation update for it to be shipped. I did not think of anything when I first ordered because of the many followers they have and they are sponsored by warped tour, but after a week of waiting I started to do some research and saw a lot of reviews that their customers having been waiting for weeks, more than a month to figure out what was going with their order. Firstly, they should have put on their website what items are out of stock and should not charge the customer without notifying them first and to give them a real specific date of when they will be in stock instead of "hoping". They need to get their **** together, just glad I was able to get my refund back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

ordered and paid for 5 sets, only got 1 pair.
ordered 5 sets of plugs which added up to $50 dollars, only got one pair. the only thing included was the one pair of plugs and a sticker, no order sheet confirming what was supposed to be sent. When we reached out to the company it took a few days for them to respond which is understandable as it was the weekend, their response was that their records showed that everything was sent and that they needed a picture of everything that we received including the packaging. i didn't feel the need to keep the envelope and box as i had never had this problem with a company before. I now know that i should read reviews of everything before trusting them with my money as this seems like a common issue with this company. Sad that you cant even trust a plug company, i was excited to give a new company a chance, but will be going back to body art forms and arctic buffalo where they actually send you everything that you pay for.

We ordered 5 sets of plugs from plugyourholes. Order was about 50 dollars total. We received one pair of plugs, and when I emailed them they stated that their records show everything was shipped. We were ripped off basically and I will never do business with them again.

I ordered wood tunnels, they ended up being really horrible quality, one was bigger than the other and they werent even the right size!! Im done ordering from here i suggest ASK AND EMBLA shop there please slway better quality and way more options. Not only were my tunnels messed up up but the person who emailed me back was incredibly rude and didnt refund me my full price.

Took about 3-4 weeks
Took about 3-4 weeks for my order to come, I accidentally bought from them again not remembering that I ordered from them so hopefully this time I get my package within a timely manner 🤷. I used artic buffalo to order some plugs and they'll be here tomorrow and I ordered 3 days ago. So from now on I'll be buying from artic buffalo. They have an amazing selection for the right price.

What a rip off!
Finally got my order and there are multiple issues. Packing slip says all the items were included, but a pair of plugs I ordered for a wedding were NOT in the package. The other pair of silicone ear skins I ordered they are insisting are 7/8 but they are FAR too large for my ears (which are for sure 7/8). No apology from their customer service. Told the plugs they shorted me which I was already charged for are out of stock and will take time to get to them, let alone to me so now I have no plugs for my event! I'm going to speak to my credit card company and seek a charge back.
