The earrings I ordered are too heavy for my ears, and the necklace is much smaller than is pictured. I’ve emailed THREE times to ask about returning the items and have not gotten a response yet. Customer service here is horrible.

I ordered my wife a ring for her birthday two weeks before it and still no ring! Five days ago I got a email saying that my ring had shipped with a tracking number! Tried to track it and it said that my order had been cancelled and there was no tracking information! How is that good business?

Very disappointed…
I sent a message thru the customer service site asking to change size and to call me immediately after placing my order. Sent a second message still no response. Yesterday standard messages almost like a bot sending. We will expedite no we will refund after we get it back. How about a call and expedite now since it took a while to process order since I need it before I travel overseas for a birthday. Long time customer my mistake placing the order after I was told the size so quickly. 2 min later oh I read size wrong I am told. Didn't want to reorder it wasn't cheap. Just wanted my order fixed before shipment. One person reading my message thru their site could have fixed and notified me instead I heard nothing and they don't have a phone number to contact. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The pearl was not attached to the earring order number3000590194 also it took two full weeks to arrive. It got here just in time to give it as a birthday gift. It didn’t look good that the pearl was rolling around in the box. What will you do to fix this problem???Your response to all potentially negative reviews is all talk and no action. I have been a customer for years and will not buy anything else from you until this issue is resolved. Very simple, just sent me one earring to replace the broken one you sent me that never should’ve left your business . That is how you take care of good customers.
