There was not a correct much less…
There was not a correct much less accurate follow up on a construction to mortgage 90-days out. MOO ignored direct evidence, which is as we have seen with defendants in Federal Courts that are a political syndicate. We have imprisoned 27, the last a judge, for obstruction and felony defalcations to feed a political machine.

The people I spoke to were very nice- I…
The people I spoke to were very nice- I want to say that first. Secondly, I have an excellent credit rating. However, when I inquired about information the response was slow- 3-4 days later. When someone did contact me- he said "no problem. I don't see any issues". But, I never did get a pre-approval after several weeks of providing financial information. My first loan officer quit his job and I waited 2 weeks to hear from him before customer service contacted me. Also, his number now said it was disconnected. The guy who took over for him was fine-not as personable and a bit off putting, but again, no pre-approval. I wanted to look at houses so I started looking. The new guy didn't agree with the first guy's recommendations and after providing all the info again and this guy wanting more records (along with dealing with an assistant now)- I just called Rocket mortgage and was pre-approved in 5 minutes. Again, they were all nice- I just didn't get the impression they knew what they were doing. Honestly, I gave the 2 stars just because they were nice. It hurt my credit and I got nowhere as far as my mortgage went.

Terrible service
The VA loan process was actually pretty good. However, the customer service is awful. I had to have knee surgery and this company does not help you what so ever. The process to get any kind of help or assistance, takes 60 days after you have to fill out 9 pages of paperwork. When I did go back to work, I called to see about how to defer my missed payments, and I have gotten three different answers from three different customer service representatives. They don’t communicate with each other, they have no idea what’s going on, and none of them seem to care to help and explain things. I will definitely be advising my fellow veterans to seek a VA loan somewhere else, and I will be seeking a new lender
