Terrible service
The VA loan process was actually pretty good. However, the customer service is awful. I had to have knee surgery and this company does not help you what so ever. The process to get any kind of help or assistance, takes 60 days after you have to fill out 9 pages of paperwork. When I did go back to work, I called to see about how to defer my missed payments, and I have gotten three different answers from three different customer service representatives. They don’t communicate with each other, they have no idea what’s going on, and none of them seem to care to help and explain things. I will definitely be advising my fellow veterans to seek a VA loan somewhere else, and I will be seeking a new lender
