Good but not great.
For the most part I am satisfied with the customer service provided. There have been a couple of issues that I felt could have been handled differently. The loss of the bottom of my kickstand within the first 2 1/2 weeks due to what I believe to be a lack of quality control which I had to pay for the replacement. The rubber boot that protects the rear wheel sensor was missing from the bike upon arrival. Sent photo when bike arrived. Customer service rep. told me that there was nothing wrong in the photo. I later observed through other posts that the boot was missing.

Damaged bike shipped to my door, Juiced would not exchange.
Bike arrived with multiple paint chips nearly the size of a quarter. Was offered touch up paint to rectify the situation. They informed that cosmetic damage wasn't a valid reason for exchange according to their policy. Getting a new bike without cosmetic damage shipped to me would have been at my expense. They were inflexible in their policy. Touch up paint looks like touch up paint on a brand new bike. Extremely disappointed.

Great e-bike products at a great price
Great e-bike products at a great price. E-Skateboards are pretty generic and seem to use off the shelf parts. A bit expensive for what you get. Support is generally good They are still a scrappy upstart trying to get products into the hands of consumers to make commuting by electricity a reality for everyone. That does sometimes come with some friction however, but it is fairly minimal. I have 800 miles on my CCS and it still runs great.

I love my two ccx bikes no bad shipping or start up issues and the company has been excellent in delivery of accessories that I have ordered get this bike if you are an experienced rider all bikes require a maintenance and repair process no matter who the manufacturer dealer is after first thousand miles these are still sweet

Research and satisfaction of a great product...
After searching the web for an e-bike that would provide me assistance riding up hills and going for a distance, I was happy to find Juiced Bikes. With the 750 watt hub drive and the 52 volt 19 amp hour battery, I knew the power and distance available would fit my needs. This is a great bike and gets me out and about. Would recommend this bike to friends and others who want a bike that is not a fat tire mountain bike, but still gets the job done. Well made and arrived quickly and assembled easily...very little to put together to get on the road and have fun.

Communication from Juiced Bikes…
Communication from Juiced Bikes throughout my purchase and setup has been phenomenal. They are with you every step of the way and genuinely want to make your experience with their bikes exceptional. I've only ridden the bike once (due to surgery recovery) but it was amazing. I have a road and mountain bike but this Rip Current handles the dirt/sand trails like you are on pavement and that is in ECO mode. I can't praise the handling and quick response highly enough. It is an experience I've never felt on a bike. When you are pedaling in 8 gear in assist 3 you are moving so fast that by standers can't comprehend. This is going to be a great summer adventure!

Juiced Bikes has satisfied any needs of solving any problems I encountered very well. I must add there were damn few. If I had to complain about anything it would be that it can be hard at times to get anyone to answer the phone personally.

Horrible
Horrible. Months spent getting warranty work with less than 1000 miles at 6 months and never resolved. Ended up selling broken/worthless Juiced bike to neighbor for a couple hundred bucks ($1,500 loss) with understanding he will need to fix it. Huge waste. Would NEVER recommend. Patrick Bergy

Since receiving the Scrambler or the…
Since receiving the Scrambler or the horn they sent with defects. It's been a difficult time getting help from JB. They aren't really that great with customer service I must say. They just seem like sell the not so good material to us and we have to deal with their not so good product and not so good customer service. I gave it a 3 because I'm willing to wait for some better weather to see if the replacement battery would perform better. It's still sluggish when I use the throttle control at the start and when the battery hits half that's when it starts to struggle. But the pedal assist still works so I gave them a 3 star. Communicating with them to get help is like getting your teeth pulled off by a dentist, basically a pain in the butt like their scrambler. I hope it works out or they get a clue how to be just nice. Shamone at least tries to help.

Had two problems
Had two problems. Rear fender snapped in two for no reason. Was replaced, but wrong part sent...I modified it to fit. Second, Power was repeatedly lost while riding. Weeks, and several emails later, finally got correct instructions on how to adjust brake handle to avoid kill signal activation. Bike now running great and I love it....but rough start.
