Great e-bike products at a great price
Great e-bike products at a great price. E-Skateboards are pretty generic and seem to use off the shelf parts. A bit expensive for what you get.
Support is generally good
They are still a scrappy upstart trying to get products into the hands of consumers to make commuting by electricity a reality for everyone. That does sometimes come with some friction however, but it is fairly minimal.
I have 800 miles on my CCS and it still runs great.
