Good but not great.
For the most part I am satisfied with the customer service provided. There have been a couple of issues that I felt could have been handled differently. The loss of the bottom of my kickstand within the first 2 1/2 weeks due to what I believe to be a lack of quality control which I had to pay for the replacement. The rubber boot that protects the rear wheel sensor was missing from the bike upon arrival. Sent photo when bike arrived. Customer service rep. told me that there was nothing wrong in the photo. I later observed through other posts that the boot was missing.
