Amazing products I absolutely love the fleece and regular Gaiters.. I hunt, fish and ride a Harley these are so versatile they are just perfect..I was so suprised how neat they were packaged.. also I love an American family business and do support them.. I would love to rate higher as I…still waiting
I would love to rate higher as I understand what is currently going on In the world and agree that contacting the company is almost impossible but I see that they are reviewing comments on here so I’ll try this. Ordered 8 gaiters 4/16 received an email that all orders before 4/18 were to be shipped 2 weeks ago. Received an email that one order was shipped but the shipping information for that order is still pending since 5/4. Nothing on the other order. A little more communication woud be appreciated if one gaiter is out of stock substitute it with another. Reviews about the product are good just wish I was able try for myself. Update: I did receive a call back. Person was very helpful and explained they were backlogged and working hard to get the orders out. I have received my first order and the second is scheduled for Monday delivery. I am very happy with the products. Thanks

Where is my order and why doesn’t the company respond to my requests for help
I placed an order on 4/16. The website said 12-15 days to ship. On 5/4/20 I received notification that my order had been shipped via USPS first class mail. I was provided a link to track shipping. When I click the link I’m advised that a label had been created and then...... nothing. Nothing has happened since 5/4. I reached out to Hook360 a couple of times asking if they could help provide update on status of my order. They responded and asked for my order number. I provided order number and now nothing. I get that these are trying times. I’m trying to be understanding and patient but I’ve purchased many other items from other companies and have received my shipment in a reasonable amount of time....oh, and yes, they were shipped via USPS too so it doesn’t seem acceptable to blame this all on the USPS. As a company, when a customer reaches out for assistance, the very least you can do is keep the customer updated. When I placed the order you were Johnny on the spot to respond to me, but now that the payment has cleared it’s virtually crickets from the company.....starting to look very suspicious to me

Stay Away!
Update: FINALLY the gaiters showed up. Honestly I wasn't even expecting them as HOOK360 had refunded my order. Really glad they did as the order was incorrect when it arrived. Two of the four gaiters weren't what I ordered. Placed an order for 4 neck gaiters on April 5th. Received two emails saying they were behind and that I would receive a free gift when the order went out. I was told they did not have enough product but they would ship one and the free gift. Package arrived and it was only one gaiter. May 2nd I received a tracking number and informed that the rest of the order was on its way. After a week it still showed that only the label was made. Attempts to speak to them through messenger failed to get a proper answer. Received another email that it was all USPS fault and that packages could get stuck in the system. I could understand that if they actually picked it up but so far its just the label. Now they have stopped responding to customers all together. Their Facebook page is being cleaned. No more ability to leave reviews. Not all comments are showing, and they only respond to customers that give them praise. I get small business needs some time when things get hectic, but you still have to communicate with customers. Their social media platforms were always being updated even when they were falling behind. Maybe take a break from that and get your product shipped. Finally, I have submitted a request for refund through Paypal but Hook360 wont reply to that request either. Save your money find someone who's actually shipping.

Stay away
Stay away Order April 10th get emails saying behind. We send free one jus for your patience. And so far no free one or the ones I ordered. All see are excuses but no action. Also use covi19 excuse which everyone has to deal with. But other companies seem to be able to ship product. Customer service is not existing. No response to messages by email or voice mail. Poor company don’t order nothing.

Ordered April 15, 2020....haven’t received anything. Emailed them three time. First time they responded that they were running behind (I can understand that). I have emailed them two more times in the last week. No response. Never had this problem with all my orders to Alpha Defense or SA Co.

Super great brand
Super great brand. Love what they stand for. We ordered a pair of neck gaiters and obviously everyone is a bit slow to ship now with all the chaos but the hook 360 team kept us updated and has been wonderful. Definitely will be buying some more soon.

I ordered and have not received my order. And I don’t even get any information on what is going on. Got 2 emails last month and since then ,Nothing. I’ve tried to email then and get no response. You should at least keep us updated unless you like all these bad reviews you are getting.

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Made my order on 4/9/20 it's now 5/18/20 and nothing, with the same terrible explanations everyone else is seeing. If I had known this I never would have even ordered anything from this "company " if it can be called that. Was told at one point they would even ship partial orders. TOTAL B.S. Please save your money and don't even bother ordering. I'd give them no stars if I could.

Gaiters not recv’d, emails not answered
Ordered gaiters beginning of April. Received an email on 04/28 saying gaiters would be shipped that week. Did not receive. Emailed Hook 3 times...no reply. No phone # listed. On their website under Returns and “Happiness Guarantee” it states to contact them with a problem....but there’s no contact link or phone #. I’m going to contact VISA and stop payment.

Placed order 7-April-2020, never received.
Placed order 7-April-2020, notified of delayed shipment on 28-April-2020, notified of shipment on 4-May-2020, notified USPS was having issues to COVID-19 on 7-May-2020. At this time, the shipping label was created however items never shipped. No response from email nor voicemail with customer service. Was simply trying to support the Diaz family for I lived in the Plantation area for years. Does anyone know if they have abruptly went out of business?

This is by far the best stand up company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, I placed my order at the end of April, a few weeks later I received and email regarding the delay in shipping due to the covid-19, so after a week or so realizing the product should have been delivered, I reached out to them (Brett) and they were very understanding, and very helpful in keeping vocal with me the whole time till my product ended up at my door and the company did a follow up!! Who ever does that any more? So overall 2 thumbs up!!

Customer Service?
Honestly I want to leave a good review...but I ordered on 4-16...and have had one called from customer service returned...but still havent seen my order. The shipping label shows still in Florida not picked up by USPS...and have been unable to reach any one through email, call or messenger for days. At this point, I just want a refund.

I have had the same problem as others
I have had the same problem as others. I placed an order on April 18 and was charged immediately. I was told they shipped on May 6, but as of today May 22, they are still awaiting pick up by the post office! Cannot contact anyone !

What a waste of time
What a waste of time. Ordered April 14th. I've sent several Facebook messages and have received no response. It's now been about 5 weeks and I've got no gaiters and no updates. I'd say my patience has worn thin at this point. Buyer beware. I ordered in stock items from their website for myself and my son.
