Trying to make it right.
I purposefully ordered items that were IN STOCK during the COVID crisis, however they did not have the items. Company issued a refund without hassle. They made it right. After a few weeks, I was sent a free gift. After a month, my order was fulfilled, even though I had been given a refund. I would order from them again. Merchandise is of good quality.

Great product and so easy to use
Great product and so easy to use. Simply put around your neck and pull it up over your nose and mouth whenever needed. Staff and communication is exceptional.

Excellent Customer Service
I had placed an order with this company, and then my husband declared that we had more than enough gaiters. I inquired if there was a way to cancel my order, and they immediately refunded my money and reached out by email. That is impressive customer service, and I will certainly do business with this fine organization in the future.

Ordered items April 6th claimed 6-9 day processing. Inquired on the 15th due to no update on shipping. Reply with revised 10-15 day processing. It’s now 17 days and still nothing! Can I just cancel my order

What a great experience!
What a great experience! After having acquired a bunch of shirts and hats, etc for our entire family, we went in hard on neck gaiters, which really came in handy during the outbreak of the Coronavirus. I ordered a few dozen for my guys at work, and now we have Hook360 gear covering our heads and our bodies!! Great company, great people running it!

They don’t even bother responding to any emails
The worst customer service ever. They can’t even respond to my emails regarding my order after a month. It looks like they just take your money and that’s it, you can’t get a hold of anyone and they won’t send you the merchandise. I need to find a way to report this.

I think we all understand what happened…
I think we all understand what happened in COVID19 with delays to everything. However Hook360 kept me informed and even went so far as to provide an extra gaiter. I did not ask for it but it sure was appreciated!! The product is excellent! Thank you very much for a good experience!!

Great product, Great Customer Support!
This is my third order with Hook 360 within a months timeframe for their neck gaiters. The quality is good and the price is even better (4 for $19.99!). WATCH OUT EVERYBODY...we placed an order on 4-10 and it's now 5-14. The excuse I keep seeing HOOK 360 saying on Facebook is the courier is behind. I ship to and from south Florida daily with no issue. Tried calling, emailing several times with no response.
