Where is my order and why doesn’t the company respond to my requests for help
I placed an order on 4/16. The website said 12-15 days to ship. On 5/4/20 I received notification that my order had been shipped via USPS first class mail. I was provided a link to track shipping. When I click the link I’m advised that a label had been created and then...... nothing. Nothing has happened since 5/4. I reached out to Hook360 a couple of times asking if they could help provide update on status of my order. They responded and asked for my order number. I provided order number and now nothing. I get that these are trying times. I’m trying to be understanding and patient but I’ve purchased many other items from other companies and have received my shipment in a reasonable amount of time....oh, and yes, they were shipped via USPS too so it doesn’t seem acceptable to blame this all on the USPS. As a company, when a customer reaches out for assistance, the very least you can do is keep the customer updated. When I placed the order you were Johnny on the spot to respond to me, but now that the payment has cleared it’s virtually crickets from the company.....starting to look very suspicious to me
