Stay Away!
Update: FINALLY the gaiters showed up. Honestly I wasn't even expecting them as HOOK360 had refunded my order. Really glad they did as the order was incorrect when it arrived. Two of the four gaiters weren't what I ordered.
Placed an order for 4 neck gaiters on April 5th. Received two emails saying they were behind and that I would receive a free gift when the order went out. I was told they did not have enough product but they would ship one and the free gift. Package arrived and it was only one gaiter. May 2nd I received a tracking number and informed that the rest of the order was on its way. After a week it still showed that only the label was made. Attempts to speak to them through messenger failed to get a proper answer. Received another email that it was all USPS fault and that packages could get stuck in the system. I could understand that if they actually picked it up but so far its just the label. Now they have stopped responding to customers all together. Their Facebook page is being cleaned. No more ability to leave reviews. Not all comments are showing, and they only respond to customers that give them praise. I get small business needs some time when things get hectic, but you still have to communicate with customers. Their social media platforms were always being updated even when they were falling behind. Maybe take a break from that and get your product shipped. Finally, I have submitted a request for refund through Paypal but Hook360 wont reply to that request either. Save your money find someone who's actually shipping.
