I placed my order 4/12
I placed my order 4/12, on 4/23 I received an email that they were waiting for product to show up but they sent me a free neck gaiter (never received and dont think they sent one). Received a third email that they received their product and my order would ship - Never shipped and never received an update. After sending them several emails and leaving voicemails I received an email that my order has shipped, but when I check it just says label was printed. I try to support small businesses but I feel this company keeps making excuses. I have order all the time off of the internet and every other company has not had problems shipping just Hook 360.I doubt I see a tracking update for several weeks and in return just get a scripted response.

I have to say Hook 360 came through
I have to say Hook 360 came through. It was a few weeks waiting, but they did good by me and I received my order. I guess I was a little impatient and I should have been more patient, considering the Covid 19 crisis and Hook 360 trying their best to fulfill all orders. Just be patient with them and you'll get your items too. The neck gaiters are of very good quality and i'm very happy with them..All in all, it was worth the wait! Company is horrible
Ordered on 4/7. Just received my order today May 23rd and it is incorrect. Out of 5 neck gators that I ordered 1 is correct! Oh and the free gator that was mentioned in the email they sent bc shipping was taking so long that wasn’t in there either.

I placed my order 4/14, on 4/28 I received an email that they were waiting for product to show up but they sent me a free neck gaiter (never received and dont think they sent one). Received a third email that they received their product and my order would ship two weeks ago - Never shipped and never received an update.i have sent them several emails and left 3 voicemails and received nothing back I order all the time off of the internet and every other company has not had problems shipping just Hook 360.I doubt I see a tracking update for several weeks and in return just get a scripted response. Not sure if i just need to call my bank and get my money back since this is going no where. UPDATE 6/6/2020 After Placing this on trust pilot i got a response about my order and they got it shipped out to me about a week later. Once I received them I got 4 but only 3 of them were correct they sent me some blue one when i order the black and white octagon one. i have sent emails about this and once again get no response from company!!! Their website states their return policy but no way to contact them seem like dont know what they are doing!! also the product seems really thin and the material use does not look like the pictures, the website make them seem higher quality. It is almost like they rushed and order any material they could get since they had a huge response of orders due to COVID-19. I waited over a month to get my product and was very disappointed with it. I this point it is easier for me to keep the crappy product and count my losses because it would take another month to get a return done and its not worth the stress and time to deal with this company!!!! dont waste your time buying from this company bad service and bad product!!!!!

Waiting 6 weeks!
Been 6 weeks since I placed my order (#2895) and still nothing.Shipping lable was created 3 weeks ago and is still not in the USPS system. Zero response from multiple attempts to contact company.

Order elsewhere if you want them in a reasonable amount of time
I ordered neck gaiters on 4/17. Order 3682. Have Sent several emails and called and left messages. Have not received a call, email or gaitors. Reading the other reviews looks as though we are all in the same boat as Everyone else. Probably going to look for a refund At this point if we don’t here in the next day or so. Received an automated email three weeks ago blaming usps About shipping delays but there is no tracking number and the items have not been shipped obviously. Terrible customer service.

Don’t order anything from hook 360
I placed an order on 4/17. Here it’s 5/26 and the neck gaiters I order haven’t been shipped. I’ve emailed them to no avail. My order number is supposedly 3637. So stay away from them. Just another predator on the pandemic. I wouldn’t have given one star but that’s the only way to let you write anything

Thank you Hook360! Packaging was well done and I appreciate the extra gaiter! Your quick response to my first review was awesome, got them today! Where's my order #5519? I have not received a reply after emailing over a week ago. Love that your in Florida but the time your taking on my order and other orders you might as well be in China! Please reply back asap with tracking info so I don't have to give you 1 star. I am really hoping to give you 5!

I made my order close to 6 weeks ago and I'm not sure how to approach this. I've seen some negative reviews here regarding lateness of delivery. At the same time, there are glowing positive reviews about customer service and the quality of the product. I have yet to have the opportunity to experience either. I'm trying to patient and would really like to give an honest review of both the customer service and the product but it's difficult given these current circumstances. I am actually eager to order more products, but I'm hesitant since I've yet to receive my initial order and would like to see the quality firsthand. Please help me help you! Order #4081

Great product, team, and mission!
Our family and friends are extremely pleased with the items we received from Hook 360. Shipping was understandably delayed due to constraints on the supply chain, but that's par for the course these days. The Hook 360 team went above and beyond to ensure all orders were processed quickly while keeping us in the loop on next steps. I bought a number of different items for my family and as gifts for siblings, nephews, and nieces...we were ecstatic with the diversity of prints, quality, and especially the mission that Hook 360 supports. Kudos to a great small business!
