Why would you want me to rate you when…
Why would you want me to rate you when what I ordered hasn't been delivered yet. It was supposed to arrive this past Thurs, 10-28, then it was supposed to arrive Fri, 10-29, then Fri night I look at the tracking, and it says it's been "delayed." Now it's supposed to be delivered on Mon, Nov 1. I'm not holding my breath. If I'd ordered on Amazon, like I should have, I would have gotten 2 day delivery and it would have arrived last Mon, 10-25. As much as I didn't want to, Amazon gets my business next time. Crystal, It is with great pleasure that I do not shop with you in the future. Your response guarantees that I won't. Nov 4. At least have the gonads to keep your original reply posted and not come back and edit what remains here.

Darryl, your order was placed on Saturday and shipped out on Monday. That is way better than anywhere else. In addition CA is having major problems with deliveries.

No Return Shipping-You will have to pay!
Ordered 18 glasses. They sent 12. Only 5 days before my event did I receive an email to say 6 were backordered and would ship 2 weeks after my event. Never even opened the box. I emailed to say I was returning them all, they still sent out the final 6. They do not cover return shipping. Cost over $70 to ship the first box back. Will have to decide whether to keep the final 6 when they arrive as it's probably cheaper to keep them than to ship them back. Beware! If you have to return anything, you will pay through the nose!!

John, your package was shipped on 8/2/21. After tracking it, we noticed it is in Fedex facility in NV. We are contacting them to see why it is stuck there, and not delivered. In the future, please contact us at our Support Center for best service in locating the packages.

Crystal Classic has poor customer…
Crystal Classic has poor customer service. I decided to buy from them to support "independent" shops but the agents are just horrible specifically Melissa. A package never made it to my condo building and I asked for a follow-up. They never respond to email, then when you call, Melissa is always condescending - that it was the customer's fault for not having the apartment # (only 6 units in one building and all packages end up in the front door0, and that it was delivered directly to my neighbor (Fedex tracking number doesn't state this). They made me and my neighbor file a police report separately with no guarantee of help. Melissa wont' ever reply to email for specific steps and says that the "customer fails" to understand. Really guys, take your money elsewhere. You're buying breakable items of value with ever increasingly poor shipping deliver services. Learn from my lesson and go elsewhere. There's no excuse for poor customer service.

Dear Reagan, you omitted, twice, to put your apartment number on the order, and later mention it over the phone. That is important information. With Chicago having some of the highest fraud order levels for us, we are really careful with all orders going there. For you, we have in the meantime shipped a new piece, signature required, and filed a claim with the carrier.

I have purchased martini glasses last year and wanted to order more. But I have found the quality of glasses got changed. I don't know Crystal Classics has switched the vendor but it was a very disppointed.

No vendor change, but they are lead free now. This is what everyone wanted so almost all of the factories have changed their mixtures, and eliminated the lead. They are just slightly lighter, barely noticeable, and keep the same sparkle. Still made and cut by hand.

Swarovski vase
The Swarovski vase I ordered is very nice and very well packaged! However classic crystal company fails to inform customers online when ordering that the product is being shipped out of country, not good for business. I waited over a month for this! What you were referring to Crystal Classics, it says will ship today or the next business day! Says nothing about out of country or taking up to a month to be delivered. I know what it says before I purchase, misleading that it comes directly from your company in the U.S.

Nasty responses by Crystal Classics to negative reviews..
I came to Crystal Classics looking for a particular Kosta Boda bowl, which I found. I have purchased 4 or 5 times from CC several years ago with no problems. I decided to read some of the reviews on Trustpilot. I was shocked and appalled @ MANY responses by CC to negative reviews. They are degrading, sarcastic, not to mention smart ass, and totally disrespectful. I can't believe upper management allows this kind of behavior. Will purchase my Swedish Glass elsewhere. A reputable company I thought. Edit, see response from CC, funny but sad...

Dear Jeffrey, we are a luxury boutique and offer perfect product, and near perfect service. We sell 17,000 different pieces of crystal, the largest collection anywhere, and have 1.5 million customers. We ship great majority of our orders, not only same day but within 3-4 minutes of customer placing the order. We also order custom pieces for our customers daily, match and research their patterns and fill in the collections. Our customer service takes hundreds of calls every day, and if you read 5 star reviews they are really, really good at what they do. They are all full time employees with years of knowledge and experience, we do not use generic call centers. Digging for dirt in bad reviews from customers that either did not ask us for help first, or their misunderstanding will simply not allow us to help them, and then leaving a bad review for no reason, is just looking for some attention and drama. We are better off without it.

Customer Service should be ashamed in their handling of this order!
On May 22, I ordered the Royal Doulton 1815 Bold Mug Set of Six. In the description, it stated that the item usual ships in 2-3 days. It is now 13 days, and as of this morning (June 4), you have not received the item from distributor/manufacturer. Part of the problem, is that I receive no emails from you regarding this order (2nd time I have ordered from you and this has happened), and so I have had to call 3 times to get any information about the order. The last time I called, granted it was a few minutes before you close, but right at closing time, the call was terminated! The frustrating part of this transaction is that when a company states that an item will ship in 2-3 days, and it doesn’t, every effort should be made to contact the customer, to apprise that customer of the situation, so that, if possible, the order could be cancelled and alternatives could be explored (the item was available on another web site and would have already been delivered!). Once you were aware that emails were not be received by me, you did have my phone number, and could have let me know that, per my conversation with customer service on May 27th, that the item was expected to be received by you on June 2nd or 3rd, that was no longer a possibility. So, my question to you, Crystal Classics, is it that you really have no regards for your customers, that you will leave them in the dark about an order for, once I am able to contact you again on June 7th, over 2 weeks, and will I know anything positive about the order on Monday?

The trucks from NJ, where the merchandise reaches US shore, to OH where we ship from to customers usually run in 2-3 days. Right now they take 8-12 days, on top of customs and unloading delays. Everything is slower. If we had normal supply the product would be shipping same day, but we are way behind on select few items because of these delays. The answer to you Jon, is that we do have regard for our customers, and hardly anyone really gets this upset over coffee mugs. We do not keep you in dark. God, if we really had that much time...

On January 21st 2021 I ordered a pair of tumblers for a Mid March 2021 Birthday present, On May 27th 2021, I get an email saying my payment didn't go through (luckily I had my bank replace the card since then for one reason or another)..and I am thinking they charged me when I ordered the set, but hopefully they didn't. Communication non existent....Shipping non existent...No apology or even an attempt to make thing s right...just an overall horrible customer experience. Too bad there isn't a negative scale of stars.

6 months late, terrible return policy, even worst customer service!!
I placed an order early December for a pair of Waterford glasses, and paid extra on shipping to make sure i'd get them in time for Christmas. A week before Christmas the glasses hadn't arrived so I emailed customer service and they told me I would have to wait until January/February for the glasses. At that point I didn't have time to get anything else so I decided to wait, hoping maybe they'd arrive early January. After February came and the glasses hadn't arrived I just decided to buy them from another store, as Crystal Classics hadn't charged me for them. I had tried contacting customer service a few more times and was just told there would be further delays. Now its the end of May and I just got an email saying my glasses had shipped and my card was charged! When I emailed customer service they said nothing could be done at this point and I'd just have to wait until the glasses arrived and return them. So now i've been charged over 100$ for glasses I tried to purchase 6 months ago, and Crystal Classics doesn't even provide return labels for me to send the glasses back. So because of shipping costs I'm literally paying to have this awful experience, and it's not even over, who knows how much of a hassle this return will be. Worst customer service and purchasing experience ever, please buy your crystals anywhere else. EDIT: honestly this response from Crystal Classics tells you everything you need to know about this company and how they interact with their customers. And no, the fact that the glasses were on backorder was not advertised on their website at the time of my purchase. They are right in that I could have canceled my order at anytime, I'm sorry it slipped my mind after 6 months of waiting! The fact that they don't provide shipping labels in circumstances like this is unreal.

You placed an order, for an item that website said was backordered, and we notified you about backorder in addition to the note on the site. You did know that you can cancel the order at any time, and that we don't charge the order until it ships. And still, you did not cancel. Then the order ships, and you are upset. OK, please don't do that again.

It seems that you ordered a wooden base instead of the crystal dolphin. We have emailed you a return authorization multiple times. Not sure where we did not connect. Our customer service folks are the nicest and most professional you will find anywhere in the world, and they have amazing patience. If you contact them you are sure to get good help.

Cash’s of Ireland actually Cash’s of Slovenia
Ordered the Cash’s of Ireland ships decanter, description talks about he history of Waterford, very flowery. Get the decanter marked on the box “ made in Slovenia” . Bait and switch at its finest! If looking for Irish glass, do not look here>After receiving a response saying they wish me to do business elsewhere rather than stating they will state the location made in advertising the item, it affirms my review of the company!

Marc, as a retailer, we do not dictate where the product is made. Cashs Art Collection is exclusively all made in Ireland, but the cost could have been too high. In today's interconnected world, the production is spread out globally for most brands. On some products that are singularly made in one country, we try to note where the product is made, but sometimes we can get the same product, made in different countries. In that case we are unable to do so as in this particular case.There was nowhere on the site that is said it was made in a particular country. As far as Ireland goes, most of the work there currently is focused on design and merchandising, and small quantity of the limited edition pieces for almost all of the brands we represent. We have removed you from our customer list for now and in the future, as you seem to be posting angry messages all over the place. Please do shop elsewhere.

Awful experience with a backordered…
Awful experience with a backordered product! Do not use them for anything that requires waiting. They have an awful system and no ability to fairly handle backorders. You'll just end up continuing to wait. EDIT: After their dismissive and rude response to my review (what I got when I called them too), I figured I'd give some more details. This isn't due to a shortage of product. This is due to their bad inventory management systems and processes. My card was flagged for fraud, to which I approved and told you to reprocess within 4 minutes. You said that I already lost my place in line (after waiting for the product for 110 days) and that you may get another shipment in two weeks. I canceled my order with you and placed it direct with the manufacturer. Same price, free shipping and it came next day. Don't waste your time with this snide company, just buy it direct.

Dear Charlie, there is only one way to get an item that is not in stock, and that is that we both wait for it. Crystal is not mass produced, and almost all of it is made by hand. Current disruptions to production and shipping, made some items arrive later than usual. With the product is so specific, it is often worth the wait. If you don't wish to wait for crystal, the red solo cups are always on the shelf. Also, when we tried to charge your card to ship your order, it was declined. We feel you would be better off shopping somewhere else.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, no knowledge of any kind of service specially business. Items get delivered late which I had no problem, they require signature in COVID situation how disgusting. My item was sent back and I had to pick it up because it was signature required, who does that with this COVID situation we are dealing with. They don't even offer return label how cheap is that, how do you want to stay in business offering nothing to you customers. And of course, when you call they just want to put the blame on the customer that they are crystal clear on their end its all customers fault that they didn't read the facts before ordering something. the normal way you do business is to make the customer happy and satisfied not put more headache and pressure on them. I didn't know I have to pass a test before ordering an item here. Too bad I'm reading your BBB grades now 1/5, I have to agree with the other customer mentioning this here. I wonder how this company can carry on like this and others, much better companies go bankrupt. I hope you be the next one soon for wasting my time, money and nerves.

Dear Arpi, not sure what was the problem, you kinda threw it all out there. Signature is required if we had problems in that area before with customers claiming of not receiving the goods. Which you did as well in a way, you first claimed that only one of three items was delivered, then you wanted to get a credit, then you decided to return them all. We do make sure that the goods are delivered, signed and paid for. Nice and clean, and on the business issue, we are breaking the sales records month after month. We will also make sure to note that you don't want to order from us anymore, and will do likewise.
