I never received the item
I never received the item. I had to reach out to then find out that the item was no longer available. Apparently your website is not updated with only available items. Very disappointed.

Lenox has filed for bankruptcy and it is for sale. We are as surprised as you to find out that some items will not be shipping.

Peg, we have notified you of delay in an email immediately after your order. The Christmas ornament still needs to come to U.S., and we are waiting on them. Crystal is still made in artisanal way, in small batches, often by hand and sometimes it take a while to arrive to U.S. Due to your disappointment, we have cancelled your order.

Ordered the items a week ago, but no sign of shipping out
Updated 9/27/2020 Ordered the items a week ago, it has been a full week with no sign of shipping out. If you want your item fast or has a date to need it by since most of the stuffs here are for occasion, pls don't order from them. They need to work on their process to speed things up. This is not a review for the item but more on the seller itself. Your reply is full of S H I T. After I placed the order, I got no notification about delay. I waited full 3 days before replying the email order and finally got a reply from you. You mentioned nothing about artisanal made except it’s transferred to another warehouse for order fulfill. Here is your reply as shown in email below: Hello, Thank you for your order. The item(s) you ordered are being transferred from another warehouse and should be available to ship in about a week or so. Your order will be prepared for shipment as soon as the item is available and our shipping department will email a copy of your receipt with tracking information when the order leaves our warehouse. We appreciate your patience. Please contact us if we can be of further assistance. Customer Service 614-430-8180 www.crystalclassics. com www.cashs. com www.shopshannon. com Btw, these are machine made as shown in product specs. Be honest, be a man and do the right thing. Dear Chuan Kho, we have notified you of delay in an email immediately after your order. These glasses need to come to U.S., and we are waiting on them. Apparently, you are used to buying a commodity mass produced goods, and crystal is a lot different than that. It is still made in artisanal way, in small batches, often by hand. Because of that some of the products are simply not readily available. Due to your disappointment, we have cancelled your order.

They didn’t even send me the bear that I order the only sent me the stand to put the bear in and I waited for a couple of days thinking it was gone come in and it hasn’t come in yet and it has been 3 or 4 days sense they sent the stand I even emailed them to let them know and they haven’t responded.It was a Swarovski Kris bear for a Scorpio

Fake
I purchased a pair of martini glasses and one cognac glass. Paid over $100 in July 2020. Now I realized these items are not original. And this is not disclosed anywhere. They are claiming these are Waterford and they aren’t. Unfortunately I trusted them and did not check the moment I received them and cannot return. How did I determine this? There is no trademark at the bottom of the glasses. I purchased one At Macy’s and those do clearly have Waterford trademark at the bottom. This is wrong. Very disappointed.

Monica, you are always welcome to return the glasses for the full credit. We only sell original merchandise. We fill 1400-2400 orders every day, and it would really take us a lot of time and effort to create fakes. Besides, if one is making fakes, crystal is not the merchandise to do it :) On the trademark issue, every glass is marked, you should look again. We think it is funny that you think that, but would gladly take them back from you.

I received my order once I inspected my items they were not what I was expecting. I spoke with a very nice gentleman about returning them. But then I received an email without a shipping label that they don’t provide. So bottom line it costs me $77.00 to return and it is for this reason I gave them 1 star.

The order was late in arriving, damaged, and had to pay the cost to return the items
This is now my follow up to Crystal Classics response to my earlier review, They are now trying to justify their actions by claiming it was the customer's fault. What their actions have, in effect done, is to force me to pay 50% of the total cost of the purchase for 4 damaged glasses. I urge everyone to stay away from this company. Their actions are despicable. The order was late in arriving, 4 of the 8 items were damaged; and despite the refund, I had to pay for shipping which was approx 50% of the purchase price. Will never deal with your company again.

If the items are damaged in shipping, we always replace them free of charge, and you don't have to send them back, unless you ordered wrong items, which was the case here.

Order placed 2 1/2 months ago and still…
Order placed 2 1/2 months ago and still no delivery. This is the only company I deal with which has, over anything like this period of time, used the virus as an excuse for non delivery. Crystal Classics was paid upon order date, June 14,2020. I would not recommend this company.

Mr. Butcher, as notified on the email we sent you the Christmas ornaments you ordered were scheduled to ship in September. The factory that made cased crystal for Waterford went out of business and they had to move the production. We understand that you need your Christmas ornaments, so upon this review we decided to cancel your order and allow you to shop somewhere else. Nothing was ever charged to your card anyways, as we charge the card the day it ships. Please accept our apologies that the company in Europe that makes your ornaments went out of business, and Waterford, which we neither own or manage, had to move and delay production, of which we informed you as well. 1/2 of my order was delivered when…
YES you did charge me the full amount!!! This is exactly what I am worried about!! $368.00 was charged to my credit card on August 11th. Thankfully I paid with PayPal. Should I file a complaint with them or can you make this right?

Hello, please note that we don't charge credit cards for items that did not ship. If paying by PayPal or Amazon, these processor charge the entire amount and we can't change that. But if you paid with a credit card we never charge for what doesn't ship.

We sent you the email notifying you of the delay, as there are currently none in the U.S. and the factory estimated mid September delivery. Poor Customer Service
Purchased a Waterford product online through Cystal Classics that was poorly manufactured. I forward photos representing the issues. I was promised that the manager would review and respond. This started 05-06-20 with Catherine. I have forwarded 4 notes since with complete radio silence. What a disappointment. Don't purchase anything online. Returns are unacceptable. The sad part of this story is that we have been purchasing product for more than 20 years. Today our collection consists of more than 300 pieces all purchased from Crystal Classics. Looking to take my business somewhere else.

Dear Thomas, we don't make Waterford, so the change in quality over time is out of our control. If you wish to exchange or replace items, we will always do that. We are in Columbus as well, so you can bring it to the warehouse. We have made a note that you wish to take your business somewhere else, and made a note not to take any more orders.

Poor shipping and poor service.
I used a PO box and was told it could be delivered there. After tracking my package I called Crystal Classics and was told to call Fed Ex because it was NOT Crystal Classics problem any more. Fed Ex told me that they NEVER deliver to a PO box. Great service Crystal Classics.

FedEx does deliver to most PO Boxes, and we apologize for the error. In most cases there is no problems. We had HUGE problems with USPS, sometimes taking over three weeks to deliver Priority Mail with no tracking ability, so we decided to drop them as a vendor due to customer complaints. Glenn, we have reshipped the second order at no cost with USPS (we both lost the first one), and hopefully it works out. Also, we marked your record as undeliverable, so we suggest to shop somewhere else as we will not be able to make a sale to you. We can not use unreliable postal service as we get more customer complaints than even you can generate, and you can't accept UPS or FedEx deliveries.

It seems that everything was shipped and delivered. Modo by Schott Zwiesel had to be brought from Europe which caused the delay with sporadic shipping and factory shutdowns.

To date I have only received half my order
I only received half my order. I had to ask when the other half was expected (no one ever advised me) I was told "in August"- haven't received complete order yet and it's August 18th, no update from Crystal Classics.😒

Your first order was shipped same day you ordered it. February 20th. It was delivered Wednesday 2/26/2020 at 10:18 am. Your second order few days ago, was shipped again the same day you placed the order via Fedex Home Delivery and it is currently showing pending delivery.

Ordered this in January 2020 and still haven’t received it. I ordered 2 of these vases. I received 1 of them but the one that I had engraved has NOT been received. Order # 422005 with engraving that says "Happy 1st Anniversary". I have a tracking # and it says estimated delivery August 11, 2020 and I have not received it as of August 19, 2020.

Terry, you placed the order on January 6th and it shipped January 7th. Even for Covid times that is impressive. We also sent you an email with tracking number on the 7th at 3.36pm. You should find it and track the package. Also talk to people who live with you maybe they picked it up and forgot to tell you. To your edit. Terry we do not see that item was ever ordered. No communication on an item that took…
No communication on an item that took over 3 months to arrive. I understand that there is a pandemic, but zero communication except what I initiated. As a person in retail management I would not tolerate is my people did this. Andrew DePlato I'm response to your reply. No communication stating this. As a customer just a quick email stating what is going on the. Maybe at the beginning of the month respond with updates saying hey they are still closed, thanks for being patient. I completely agree with your last statement. I do understand the severity. I lost a friend and a relative to this.

Andrew, your Cashs Ireland piece is hand made in Waterford, Ireland by artisans. They were closed just like the entire Ireland since February, only to reopen a few weeks ago. We can't get this, and would not from a different supplier, and compromise the quality. On the communication, after we notify you of the delay in shipping initially, we do not pester you with emails until we ship your item, but we will always answer your inquires.
