6 months late, terrible return policy, even worst customer service!!
I placed an order early December for a pair of Waterford glasses, and paid extra on shipping to make sure i'd get them in time for Christmas. A week before Christmas the glasses hadn't arrived so I emailed customer service and they told me I would have to wait until January/February for the glasses. At that point I didn't have time to get anything else so I decided to wait, hoping maybe they'd arrive early January. After February came and the glasses hadn't arrived I just decided to buy them from another store, as Crystal Classics hadn't charged me for them. I had tried contacting customer service a few more times and was just told there would be further delays. Now its the end of May and I just got an email saying my glasses had shipped and my card was charged! When I emailed customer service they said nothing could be done at this point and I'd just have to wait until the glasses arrived and return them. So now i've been charged over 100$ for glasses I tried to purchase 6 months ago, and Crystal Classics doesn't even provide return labels for me to send the glasses back. So because of shipping costs I'm literally paying to have this awful experience, and it's not even over, who knows how much of a hassle this return will be. Worst customer service and purchasing experience ever, please buy your crystals anywhere else.
EDIT: honestly this response from Crystal Classics tells you everything you need to know about this company and how they interact with their customers. And no, the fact that the glasses were on backorder was not advertised on their website at the time of my purchase. They are right in that I could have canceled my order at anytime, I'm sorry it slipped my mind after 6 months of waiting! The fact that they don't provide shipping labels in circumstances like this is unreal.
