Customer Service should be ashamed in their handling of this order!
On May 22, I ordered the Royal Doulton 1815 Bold Mug Set of Six. In the description, it stated that the item usual ships in 2-3 days. It is now 13 days, and as of this morning (June 4), you have not received the item from distributor/manufacturer. Part of the problem, is that I receive no emails from you regarding this order (2nd time I have ordered from you and this has happened), and so I have had to call 3 times to get any information about the order. The last time I called, granted it was a few minutes before you close, but right at closing time, the call was terminated!
The frustrating part of this transaction is that when a company states that an item will ship in 2-3 days, and it doesn’t, every effort should be made to contact the customer, to apprise that customer of the situation, so that, if possible, the order could be cancelled and alternatives could be explored (the item was available on another web site and would have already been delivered!). Once you were aware that emails were not be received by me, you did have my phone number, and could have let me know that, per my conversation with customer service on May 27th, that the item was expected to be received by you on June 2nd or 3rd, that was no longer a possibility.
So, my question to you, Crystal Classics, is it that you really have no regards for your customers, that you will leave them in the dark about an order for, once I am able to contact you again on June 7th, over 2 weeks, and will I know anything positive about the order on Monday?
