I am an online customer and shop in all upscale stores, Never had such a fraud experience, not to accept a return, how else could you shop online and even in physical stores if You cannot return? I did not see, it is written very small that earrings cannot be returned, doesnt say exchanged though. Please stay away from crystal classics. Their service is a disgrace.

Judith we respectfully disagree! You purchased a pair of earrings. Under the price of the item it clearly states that due to health reasons we will not take the earrings back. If you shop at any store that does take earrings as returns, please stop, you can get sick. There are many illnesses that can be transmitted through worn earrings, starting with HIV. We never accepted earrings back, and our customer can be sure that they are new and not used, and perhaps infected. The same return policy is on every page of every earring on our site, as well as on our return policy page.

wrong product
Based on the advertising material I reviewed I thought I was ordering Waterford crystal. The product I received was the Cash's product. A nice product, but not Waterford. Maybe I misunderstood? But I want the Waterford product. I left an email for Crystal Classics and am waiting for a response. I hope we can work it out.

Tom, Cashs is a brand of crystal based in Ireland. Nowhere does it say it is Waterford!? You are welcome to return for full refund. In any case, in our opinion, Cashs is better quality product, as you can see.

Poor quality crystal
I was very disappointed in the quality of the Waterford Crystal. I have collected Waterford for over 40 years and these pieces are inferior. The glasses do not look, feel, or sound like real crystal. The glass is wavy and thick. I’ll never purchase from Crystal Classics again. This is not even close to Waterford made in Ireland. Buy something else if you want good quality crystal. Well, LOL to you too! Cash’s Crystal is exactly what I did buy from you and it was listed as “Waterford.” You should consider a having a more professional employee reply to your reviews.

Barbara, not sure how any of this has to do with Crystal Classics. We don't make our own Waterford, LOL!!! Waterford has gone bankrupt in Ireland about 10 years ago, and now it is owned by Finnish company and made in Slovenia. None of this has anything to do with us. Buy Cashs Crystal, it is the best.

Perhaps the WORST customer experience…
Perhaps the WORST customer experience I've had and I shop online a LOT!! I had read quite a large amount of bad reviews for their customer service prior to placing my order and I should have paid attention. I was called rude for requesting a viable tracking number and told I would be put on a list of people who could not order!! The fact that they have such a list speaks volumes to their work practices. I would wager this company is on many DO NOT BUY lists of previous badly-treated customers. And yes I have proof in writing. BTW it was never delivered and my purchase gas not been refunded.

you purposefully make it very hard to return an item. i will do my best to tell anyone i can not to shop with you. by the way I spent around $1,000.00 and wanted to return items worth about $100 you could have had a customer for life...

Glass is fragile and majority of the returns to us arrive broken. We believe that glasses were made for fun and enjoyment, and breaking them because they are being returned is cruel. Have a cocktail and toss them into fireplace, or give them to a friend. They will likely break on the way back to us, as the way we pack them is hard to replicate at home or even at return shops.

Took over $300.00 and never sent product
Had to open up a dispute with Paypal for over $300.00. I did win the case getting my money back. Will take 30 days but it will eventually come back. I ordered 3 Christmas ornaments in September. It is now mid November and nothing.... not an email or call why they never sent my order. I'd steer clear of this company especially if you are hoping to receive something before Christmas

Susan, there was no need to open the dispute. There are many easy ways to cancel the order. The shipping status is listed below each item on your account, and also even before you make a purchase, below the price there is a series of the bullet points that say when the item will ship. We ship one order roughly every 30 seconds, 24 hours a day between now and Christmas day, so if the items is in stock it will ship. The Swarovski items you ordered are having production problems, and we did email you this info 10-25-21 at 12.06pm. We have for now cancelled your order, and removed you from our customer list pending the dispute you filed.

Disappointed
The crystal glasses that I purchased were not made in Ireland, they were made in Slovenia. This is contrary to the item description on the company's website. The information was inaccurate and, in my opinion, false advertising.

The web site is correct in saying that the item was designed in Ireland, by our designer Martin Croke. That is the same information that is stated on the box of the product as well.

Unfortunately the Riedel decanter beads we ordered did not do anything to clean our wine decanter.

Absolutely Disappointing!
Ordered toasting glasses for my son‘s wedding. The order was placed in plenty of time and delivery was supposed to be three days before I left for the wedding. I even unnecessarily paid for expedited shipment just to make sure it was here in time. Now it’s not going be here until after I leave. In fact, FedEx can’t even give me a delivery date. I will never use this company again.

Jeff, you placed the order - with engraving - on Thursday night and we shipped it out on Monday. That is crazy fast considering we needed to produce the artwork for engraving, have it approved by you, and engrave the flutes and pack and ship them. That is a lot of work, and we did it fast and in time. Also, we did email you a tracking link - on the page you get to when you click, you can change from delivery of your package to pickup, and simply go and get it from Fedex. Hope this helps.

Waterford has not been made in Ireland for almost a decade. It is owned by Fiskars and made in Slovenia. In Waterford, Ireland there is only a tourist show production.

Awful first (and last) order
This was my first time placing an order with Crystal Classics. I order 10 glasses. A couple of days later I received a notice of refund for half of my order. With no explanation. I found the email and asked what was this due to. A received a curt reply that something was not available. I asked for a cancellation, as this was a complete gift for someone. Again, another curt reply saying they couldn't cancel the order because what was in stock was shipped. And now I am being asked to ship back a bad order at my expense. Needless to say I will not be using or recommending this company.

Lisa, both items you ordered were marked Retired Item, Final Sale, and they also had a note with quantities available. When they are retired items, we can only sell what is left, and the second item was sold to someone just before you placed your order. There is about a 5 minute update delay in the system. These notes are listed in the bullet points just below the price.

Richard, we ship all packages with the service you chose at the checkout. We suggest you call the carrier you chose and ask them where the package is, and why it has not been delivered. As far as the cost, we subsidize it. You would have paid lot more for actual cost of the shipping.

Two months later, still don't have it.
We ordered a Salad bowl complete set over two months ago. The four bowls were delivered the other day with no mention on when the actual big bowl or serving spoons will be coming.
