We have emailed you the note with estimated delivery time. It is Swarovski piece that needs to come from Europe. Most of Swarovski is delayed at the factory. Our backorder with Swarovski in Austria is over 40 pages long. They give us no guidelines when this backlog is going to ship either. We have refunded and cancelled your order so you don't feel like you are getting scammed.

I would not use them again I ordered something they did not tell me until many days later it was unavailable I'm not sure if they charge my credit card or not I tried to communicate with the company but there's no communication to be had so beware of this site I've emailed them several times nobody's ever gotten back to me

Part of my order was not delivered and…
Part of my order was not delivered and the gift receipt apparently stated that one item was backordered and did not give an estimated future delivery date, nor was I notified that it was a backordered item when I purchased several weeks before Christmas and therefore was not received in time for a Christmas gift and from my understanding had still not been delivered. Will be contacting company for a refund and/or other compensation.

I purchased the wine glasses and ornament as a Christmas gift. I ordered on Dec.13, 2021. Today is Dec.27th and they haven’t been delivered.

Your order was received on 12/13 and shipped very next day. It arrived to CA 4 days later, and due to Fedex shipping problems and congestion in California took another week to get delivered. Some things, like congestion and problems with shipping in December are completely out of our control, we apologize.

Terrible, almost non-existant customer support. I did visit the website and I did put in a ticket and there was no reply. Still no reply. That was well over a month and a half ago.

I ordered a Waterford vase in June
I ordered a Waterford vase in June. I got notified several times that there is a delay in shipping. I then got notified that it would ship in December, later notified will ship in February. In the past I have had not issues with a timely delivery and all products arrived in perfect condition. This time I did get the option to cancel order or wait. I just would really like to know if the vase was out of production or is the problem the world shipping issue. But thanks for your updates. Just hesitant to order another piece at this time because I am not sure if the piece will arrive in time for the date of gift giving that I have in mind. Thanks, Cheryl Cohen

Unfortunately the European factories are delayed in production due to Covid 19. If you want a particular vase, it simply needs to be made. We sell only small batch, hand made items, and nothing is mass produced. The best way to get something shipped immediately is to look for an item that says on our site it will ship immediately. Below the product name and price on each product page, is a series of bullet points. They describe important features of the product, and also when the product will ship. Once you add an item to the cart it gives you a shipping estimate as well. Your order did ship, and you should have it shortly.

Don't buy this company
Don't buy this company. I ordered Dec 4th and didn't inform out of stock and delayed, until I called and asked on Dec 20th, The company doesn't realize that no information of delayed items process issue. that means all other customers experienced the same problem, only the company can't realize the terrible process. Don't buy the site, this site is one of the most terrible company in the world

After missing the information about shipping time on the page next to item, failing to read the shipping info when you put the item in the shopping cart (it is right below the product name!), you called our office repeatedly screaming at the nicest people you would ever meet. The shipping info was also emailed to you on 12/4, and it is also available if you login to your account and view that order. Goodness, such happy spirit for the Holidays.

Stephen, we apologize, but the item was stuck in customs longer than anticipated. We should have already had it in stock and it was still sitting at customs. It has released now and should be shipping to you shortly. Our shipping estimates are based on normal times it takes to clear customs and these days everything is a little different.
