Terrible engraving / ghosted by company
I ordered champagne flutes and paid for engraving to be completed on the flutes. The flutes arrived, and while I love the actual flutes, the engraving is unacceptable. The lines are not uniformed and looks to be scratched. I called customer service, and they informed me to contact the engraving department via email. Nobody has attempted to get in contact with me. If I want to settle this, I may have to request to dispute my charge via my credit card company. I’m very disappointed. ETA: Less than 24 hours after leaving a review, I get a call back from the company. Apparently my email got “lost”, and it has just found it. Interesting. Crystal Classics’ customer service is really poor, and apparently customer satisfaction isn’t important. They offered no resolution, so I’ve placed a dispute with Visa. I’ve worked with engraving before. My engraving from Crystal Classics is really poorly done. I will not be a repeat customer. ETA AGAIN:I approved the taped to glass in photo you sent. I did not/do not approve of the scratched hot mess engraving you all mailed me. Lesson learned! You’re BBB grade speaks for itself ETA: Why are you sending me your May 2021 catalog? 🤔

Samantha, we ask you to approve the images before they are engraved. We also keep an image of each item after it was engraved. Your order was engraved as approved. The image we have shows no imperfections. The glass engraving process is tedious and hand made. The glass is bombarded with tiny sand particles to etch it. This is not painted or silkscreened. If you were not aware how the glass looks after it is engraved, we have sample of images of past engraving on our site. And finally, yes, we have taken you off our customer list as well. Some people are just better served somewhere else, the handmade crystal, and handmade engraving have their charm, and it is definitely not suitable for everyone.

Order mistake
Ordered stemless pair Cabernet, Merlot glasses and received water glasses instead. Disappointed as it was to be a valentines gift! Will return and try again.

Joyce, we did ship you the wrong glass, error in the picking. We did also issue you a complete refund, and let you keep the glasses. Free of charge. You did not want the replacement shipped. I guess free glasses did just fine.

Sharon, almost everything we sell is handmade in small batches. All factories are working with less people than normal, so things get slow. But we did deliver it, exactly as you ordered it. And never charged your card, until we shipped the order. You had every chance to cancel it. We had other angels in stock that would ship same day. But if you wanted this one, we got it as fast as it was possible. Hope you are staying safe.

Don't. Just don't. Pick another company if you want to actually receive your order. .
On December 21, I ordered a set of champagne flutes as a Christmas gift. It is December 30 They have not yet been delivered. No one has contacted my friend to arrange delivery. No one has contacted me to inform me of the status. I tried to contact them via their online form. They have not answered. I have called their customer service line. They say to "call back during business hours," when I called them at various times of day. The message says to leave a voicemail, with instructions on the contents of the message. Their mailbox is full. They haven't given me a chance to leave a message. I have no idea how these people stay in business. I am contacting my credit card company to stop payment.

Dear Monica, we shipped your flutes the SAME DAY you placed the order. We also EMAILED you a tracking number that same day. When we track the order it is scheduled for delivery. Nothing wrong, nothing bad. If you file a claim with the credit card we will have to intercept the package and have it returned to us. For the emails - check your spam folder :) Email was sent on 12/21 at 5.58pm. You need to relax, the stress is not good for you.

Very disappointed in delivery
You advertised something you didn’t have in stock to ship. It was a Waterford Christmas Ornament- placed it in Nov - requested tracking & kept being told you were waiting to receive it. Last request was 2 weeks out from Christmas! Truly not acceptable Cancelled order! Wow.... what type of a reply is this....just so you know... I’ve been collecting the Waterford crystal ornaments since 1982.... I’m very aware of the quality & craftsmanship that goes into these ornaments- I truly don’t appreciate you suggesting I select a less quality product... Truly not good to insult a first time customer!

Marilyn, the Waterford Huntley Ball was a limited edition ornament, and it was delayed in production by the factory. The date for delivery to us was moved several times. Most of our other customers, around 960 of them were OK to wait for this special piece without imploding. Ironically the piece shipped three days after your cancellation, and it is now sold out. We strongly suggest to shop elsewhere, for more mass produced products, rather than handmade Waterford Crystal.

Christmas Fail
I ordered several items for Christmas on Dec. 7. There was no indication that any of the items were out of stock, back-ordered, or might not make it by Christmas. Most of the order shipped very quickly, but one item didn't. On Dec. 20 I received a notice that the one item would ship in February! If I had known that when I was placing the order, I would have gotten it somewhere else. It was too late on Dec. 20 to do that. Very disappointed!

Connie, this would be a good place to bring attention to a great feature of our site. Below the product name and price, is a series of bullet points. They describe important features of the product, and.... wait for it.... when the product will ship. On every item and on every page! And you don't even have to put it in the shopping cart! We have now cancelled your backorder, and hope you will be happier shopping somewhere else in the future.

Felicia, the policy was there, unchanged before you purchased your one single martini glass. We are the only store that allows for individual glass purchases by Schott Zwiesel, rather than a box of six which is how they are packaged. We think that is a good service. And, you are able to return it, if unused, within 30 days.

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I ordered a beautiful year dated Christmas ornament that was to be a gift on Nov.18th. After being told several shipping dates, I find out today that they don't even have the item and they aren't sure when it will arrive. I think they could have a been more forthcoming so I could have looked for other options. I don't think I will be shopping with them in the future.

You ordered a limited edition Waterford ornament, that had delays in manufacturing in Europe (guess the reason). Once in the U.S. we shipped them all out, yours as well. Please do not buy limited edition, handmade, hand cut crystal that takes hours to make if you don't understand that they are not mass produced by cheap labor. We are certainly not the store for you.

Two Christmas gifts ordered
Two Christmas gifts ordered. One was not at all what I thought was going to get. Now I have just received an email telling me the other gift "should ship in January". So much for that Christmas gift! Very disappointed. Used to be able to order directly from Cash's, now have to go through another retailer.

Original delivery was to be 12-11-2020. Item arrived in Dagget,CA on 12/10/2020. Today's ,12/14/2020 location is Rialto CA and no indication when delivery to San Luis Obispo will occur.

Paul, you placed the order on 12/7 in the afternoon. We shipped it with Fedex out on 12/8, that is fast. The fact that Fedex is slow in California is out of our control. It is Christmas Season, everyone is ordering online and the carriers are overwhelmed. Since you seem to miss the point that this was a rating for our service, and not Fedex, we kindly ask you to shop elsewhere in the future.

Disorganized Business
Placed an order 11 days ago with expedited shipping for Christmas and never heard from them. Sent them an email to check on the status of the order and wanted to ensure the items will arrive by Christmas. I get this response... Hello, We apologize, the item you ordered is sold out and is no longer available. We have processed a refund or $53.49 to your credit card account as shown here. We are sorry we couldnt be of service this time. Thank you, Crystal Classics, Customer Care Team NOW the cut-off for most stores has passed to guarantee delivery by Christmas. Also would love to know why they charge my card prior to shipping and more over charging me for an item they did not have! Do yourself a favor and do not put yourself under stress. DO NOT DEAL with this very unprofessional uncaring company. Because they can not run their business my 81 year old aunt may get a late gift!! 12/13/2020 I love the response "BTW that was a really nice cancellation notice"

We are shipping your order in two separate shipments. The first one has been delivered, as it shipped the same day. The second one is being airlifted to us from Europe. Waterford's factory was delayed in producing that ornament, as stated on our site. Since you seem disappointed with us, we suggest you get it somewhere else. We did not charge you for that item and your backorder has now been canceled.

Patronize this company at your own risk !
I purchased $350 worth of glasses last week. I got no shipping information. Today I called and they told me they wouldn't have them until March. I had to call to find out !! Plus they still had my money !! Plus Amazon has plenty. Can't get em now in time for Christmas. Horrible Customer Service...Horrible Ethics
