Please stop issuing emails with…
Please stop issuing emails with credible.cc and then providing that to the lender. It is such a pain to have to figure out to reset you password or access your account. This is the second time I’ve used credible for refinancing and I don’t think I’ll use credible again.

Don't count on using the same email address
If you've EVER had a loan with Upstart, you cannot request a new loan using the same email address. Having the ability to do this would make it much more likely that I would use Upstart in the future.

Trying to see which loan would be best…
Trying to see which loan would be best for a private institution that provides aviation classes that is not a college. Not everyone is helping with loans since its not a college.

disorganized info entry system cost me a higher rate
Had to go through two loan apps as the first lender didn’t do parent plus loans which was a time and energy sink that didn’t have to happen. The waste of time caused me to lose out on the best interest rate as the rates increased between 1st and 2nd loan applications. So I’m sadly quite disappointed.

Had a very poor experience with Young…
Had a very poor experience with Young Alfred. Our situation was somewhat complicated. The agent assigned to us was not very helpful...rarely returned phone calls or emails, and left us feeling very frustrated. We understand the complexity of our situation, but little was done to assist us. I would recommend finding an agent that has good communication/customer service. It's worth anything extra you might have to pay.

Unfortunately, it is very difficult for us to place coverage when there are over 80 animals on the property. Not a clean experience using this platform
The platform declines a co-signer that meets all criteria and then you have to manually call to delete your personal information (account) from their servers... Not customer-friendly

Credit profile information is gathered through a soft credit inquiry. The soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. Loan term/rate inconsistencies
The credible system did not align with the loan services I chose. The rate and term I selected and “continued” with on credible was not what the loan servicer had on their site. Because of credible showing me a different rate and term I chose a hard credit pull. After this, the loan servicer ended up helping me after 4 attempts at having credible help. Credible “transferred” me to no one, hung up on me, said they would call me back, and never found an answer. Thankfully the loan provider had good customer service where credible does not.

Poor customer service/process
I have never run into a more archaeic way to apply for a joint loan. Customer service would send a cryptic notice saying we need more info but then when I called they wouldn’t tell me, saying my husband had to call. Then when he called, he gave them one bit of info and they said it was good to go. Then days later, same thing. I couldnt do anything or get information because it was re: his joint sections of the application. When we called, no one ever told us that he simply needed to add me as “authorized” so I could take care of the issue for him. We’ve completed home mortgages online that we’re less complicated. I would not recommend your services.

Very hard to deal with in a…
Very hard to deal with in a constructive manner. Took several attempts to get just a home insurance cost. Every time, they sent back to bundle. I kept telling them just home insurance. Very time consuming as it took a long time to get it all straight.

Dissatisfied customer ** UPDATE**
I received a quote and subsequent contact from one of your agents. She asked for my lender's contact information and she would send them all the information. And, although Young Alfred does not quote auto insurance, she said to send her my auto insurance dec page and she might be able to find me a lower rate, I waited two days and never heard from her. I called my lender and he had not heard from her. I called Young Alfred was told she was out and that I had to purchase the insurance before they could send information and bill to my lender. Information that she could have provided two days before. I have also not heard from her regarding any auto policy potentials. Not very satisfied with the service so far... **UPDATE** I received an e-mail from the Young Alfred company stating that it looked like they had corrected the items I was having issues with and to please update my review. Sadly, I can not do that. I did end up tentatively purchasing the home owner's insurance policy with Young Alfred because I was under strict time restraints. However, I am no longer under those restraints and will not be using this Broker/Agency/Service. The issue with the Auto insurance quotes was not resolved. Yes, Amy did finally forward the quotes to me, however, what she provided lacked portions of insurance that I currently carry, thus comparing apples to oranges. After adding the coverages that she did not include in her quote, my premiums would have been relatively the same as they currently are. Needless to say, I will not be going through Young Alfred for my insurance needs.

I'm still waiting for the revision to sign so that I can pay. Homeowners insurance has to include debris removal in case of a fire. I might have to obtain insurance elsewhere if no response by year end.

There is no app and website tough to manage
There is no app to manage on my phone. It is a tough website to navigate. I still can’t figure out if everything has been finalized. I have made 2 additional payments since I asked for a refinance, so the loan about has changed. During which time my credit union offered me even a lower rate. I am incredibly frustrated.

Did not help with refinancing student loan. Couldn't give any advice on how to change current situation and refinance. SoFi refinanced my student loan in 2 days....
