Janice, I see that you ordered the Pandora Me charms. Pandora Me is a micro charm collection that does not fit traditional charm bracelets. If you have a traditional Pandora Charm Bracelet, Pandora Me micro charms will not fit on the bracelet. I can assure you that the charms you purchased are authentic Pandora, they can found on the corporate site, Pandora.net. We can also be found on their store locator as Pandora MOA. If you wish to return the charms you can scroll to the bottom of our homepage and click on the returns and exchanges link, fill out all the prompts to print your easy, free return label and packing slip. I wouldn't even give it one star. My mom wanted a Pandora bracelet and charms for Mother's Day this year. I ordered 5 charms and got a bracelet free for a promotion they were having. When my mom got her order 3 of the 5 charms did not fit. I had to send them back and exchange them. I was emailed and told my exchange of $50 was not enough and I would have to order another charm to avoid having to send the free bracelet back. I ordered the charm with a representative over the phone. I thought everything was fine. My mom never received the charms that were exchanged. I received yet another email from becharming saying that I owed a balance of $15.00. Here it is almost Father's Day and my mom still don't have all of her charms. This could have been avoided with better customer service. I had them on the phone. If the representative had informed me I had a balance I would have paid. Proper expectations were not set. Instead, I was misled to believe everything was finally taking care of. I am over this company and the whole ordeal. Never again

Horrible sent item back on may 12th didn't receive my return till June 1st then they sent it back in a plastic bag not the actual box I sent it back in. Never received order delivery just handed my package to a stranger I spent $410 n was told an investigation will be started and never heard back! I’m very disappointed I order bracelets as a mother day gift! I have been in contact with a lawyer n will be contacting better business bureau maybe I’ll get some results then! At this point I don’t even want the bracelets I just want my money back I rather go into store now things are opening back up!!! Never again will I do business with this company not recommended anyone to! Not only did I not have gifts but I’m just out of $410. Barley nothing in stock, so i settled for what they did have in stock for rings in my size. It said the product had shipped but then 2 days later i get an email that they dont have what i ordered in stock. To pick something else. No i got my refund and will not shop there again. Ever.

I did not receive the charm I ordered which was Pandora Rose. I returned it and I'm waiting for a credit. Very disappointed. I have ordered many times through the years and it's the first time that the order was incorrect.

Misleading delivery time information.
Misleading delivery time information. Website had a count down/deadline that all orders needed to be placed by in order to grantee delivery by a certain date. Paid for an additional next day delivery service but did not receive my items until 5 days after I placed my order. Upon arrival they did not use the next day express service with UPS, they used next day saver which is a discounted express delivery service that typically takes 2-3 days for delivery and is not a guarantee service. Followed up with their customer service and was given an aggressive response with no explanation or resolve. Just order from the actual Pandora website instead of this authorized retailer. *I respect that you guys are willing to save face by spinning this in a favorable way but I took a screenshot of the delivery deadline and the guaranteed "delivery by ___" dates to share with the recipient. Not an issue. I just wont order from resellers like yourself in the future.

Hello Kevin, I'm sorry you felt this was misleading. Our chart that showed which option to choose did state that orders placed by 5pm CST would ship same day. Your order was placed at 9pm on Thurs, May 7th, well past the cutoff to ship the same day. Your order was shipped out on Friday, May 8th via UPS Next Day Air. The Saver option is not a 2-3 day service, it is guaranteed next day but anytime before 8pm on the delivery day. Since your order was shipped out on a Friday and UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless you upgrade to Next Day Air Saturday shipping, your shipment is delivered on the next business day, which is Monday, May 11th. That is the on-time delivery for your shipment. We are sorry you did not feel the website was clear on when you should expect your order. * To confirm this misleading "guaranteed" wording was showing on our website, a request for the screenshot was sent, and denied. Without seeing what you saw, we cannot work to make our website easier to understand. Again, we are sorry you feel you were mislead.
