I ordered a bracelet from here and it was the wrong size so I tried to go to the store to change for a different size and the workers there told me the bracelet charm was a fake!! I have the receipt and nothing I had to rebuy the bracelet from the store in pandora

Frustrated
I returned my reflection bracelet to a Pandora store in Winston Salem NC over 6 weeks ago for repair or replacement and was told it would take approximately 3 weeks and still have not gotten it back. Finally I called the 800 number. The first day I stayed on hold for 45 minutes due to higher wait times, so I called the next day at 9:00 A.M. and the same message is playing and I’m currently on hold for 35minutes. This is the worst customer services I’ve ever encountered. Please return my bracelet new or repaired.

I ordered a Rose Gold bracelet that was advertised on there web. I placed my order and got a conformation number and email. Pandora charmed took my money out of my account same day. Donna called me the next day and said it was an accident I couldn't get the item I purchased cause it was put on the web in error. She wanted to give me a Silver on instead. I told her I already have three. She was very rude, wanted to speak with a manager left message Never got a return call. I will never purchase Ever again.

Hi Charlene, I apologize you haven't received your order yet. I tracked your package and it shows it was scanned again today and it is still in transition to the shipping address. As explained when you reached out to us before, the Post Office has 14 business days to deliver a package and we also have to consider that no deliveries are made on Sundays or on New Years Day. Very disappointed
I purchase two charms for my mother’s birthday. I even paid extra for shipping so the gift would arrive on the day of her birthday. When the package arrive to my mother on December 6th it was empty. Very disappointed. Never again

ST/"Terrible Service", Follow up to your reply. I'm glad you were able to reply to my complaint. Your tacky low class level of customer service is being displayed to all the consumers to see. During the phone call that you mentioned, I was advised that I should have called back and spoke with someone in management. If judging by the many pages of complaints, I would've received the same poor service. Tip: excellent customer service never needs a follow up call. Please be aware that the author of the reply that I received is the owner of the business. If you look at the many pages of complaints, you never see where she offers to correct the issues, but instead faults the customers for the poor customer service. WARNING! If you want good customer service take your business elsewhere.

Bad return/exchange policy
I ordered a bracelet online and didn’t realize it was final sale item. The size I purchased was way too small and didn’t fit on my wrist. I went to the store so I can exchange bigger size but they wouldn’t let me and told me no returns or exchanges at all. It was my first time ordering from them and was disappointed. Pandora needs to have better online return/exchange policy. Now I’m stuck with a bracelet that doesn’t fit and cant do anything with it. Will not be purchasing again
