I have not received my charm
I have not received my charm. It's a Christmas gift for my mom and I am getting very worried it's not going to make it in time. I ordered it on black Friday and it's now 12/16. Ridiculous.

We were contacted by the US Postal Service, stating they were way behind in December, due to the serge of online shopping and the system being overwhelmed, which caused massive delays. I do see your order was delivered on December 28th, however we again apologize it took longer than expected, and we apologize you did not have your items for Christmas. Miniature Charms

F you for spamming me to get a review. In response to your 3 emails max? That is still 3 emails that I did not ask for or condone. It's spam. I gave you money for your product. That should be the end of the transaction. Not once, twice or three times max. It's wrong. Unethical.

Hello Clint, I'm sorry you felt we were spamming you. Our TrustPilot review emails are set up to send a couple weeks after your order is sent to see if you'd like to review. If there isn't a response to the original they will automatically send out a follow-up reminder to see if you'd like to review. There should be a max of 3 emails that you receive asking to review your experience. We are sorry you feel that we were spamming by these requests.

Missing items from order...(UPDATED)
Updated review: Item that was missing was apparently just a single earring stud not a pair that was pictured when I ordered so there was some confusion since I ordered from a 3rd party link to this site. The actual becharming site and Pandora have it listed as single stud earring. Also, pictured with just 1 earring unlike the 3rd party link I used. MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL DETAILS cause I sure didn't think I would get a single stud earring and know who you are ordering with! Also, only selling a single earring is a scam to get you to pay more money but customer service will tell you it is the trend for "younger girls". Once I found out how to contact customer service they got back quickly. The rep I spoke to pointed out the single stud earring issue and asked if I wanted to buy another or just return it. Talked with me to find the return order options on the website and even said she will have another box mailed to me with the ribbon. Both unsure why no back came with the earring. (easy to replace no biggie) Great call. Said eh it happens, laughed it off and was going to just keep the one stud and buy another but sadly they were out of stock. So, I came on here to change my review and got another call mins later from another rep asking me if I could change my review since they were not at any fault and pointed out that the item on their website was listed correctly and that there was no way I could be right because their items are from corp directly. Not I am sorry there was an error or that you had an issue using a 3rd party site or anything. I was talked in a condescending manner. Was told they have a zero tolerance for 1 star ratings. (but they have several) After explaining that I had a picture of it shown as 2 earrings from the 3rd party (I have the picture and emailed it) it still seemed like I was just made to be lying about it. My what was going to be a 5 star rating just dropped back down because of her call. She did not have to call me to say anything. She did not need to try and belittle me for a stupid error or being human and not reading the very fine print on the invoice with their number. She could have waited until tomorrow to see if I was going to change my review unprompted and on my terms. She could have waited to see if I went through with the return (after reading these reviews with the return issues and refunds might not even bother with it) or even placed another order. She could have just left me alone, honestly. I had already spoken to someone and got my issue resolved. After reading several of these reviews on this website I am not the only one you have been rude to. I hope you find relief from whatever misery is holding on to you. I will not order from here again and will not suggest it either. I will continue my orders on pandora.net and in person. I am missing items from order and unable to find out how to contact someone to get it resolved. So hopefully someone in customer service will contact me after seeing this review. Also, only got 2 boxes for my charms and one of them for a ring box not charm box. (this was missing the charm ribbon my previous Pandora charms came on the ribbon so that was new to have them in a small zip baggy)

When I ordered spacers for a pandora bracelet there was no information to let me know that your charms do not fit a pandora bracelet. So now i have charms that are useless to me.

Hi Darrol, Please accept our apologies for the frustration felt with the delivery of your UPS order. You placed your order after hours on Thursday, September 3rd. Per our conversation with you, our shipping chart states we take 24 hours to process orders and UPS deliveries are only made Monday through Friday with holidays being excluded, and Labor Day was Monday, September 7th. Therefore, we processed your order on Friday, UPS picked your order up from us Friday Evening and your order was delivered on Tuesday, which was was right on time, due to the holiday on Monday. Again, we are sorry you did not receive your order when expected. We hope you give us a try again sometime.

Horrible system, lied about being open
There in person store claims to be open 11-7pm online and when you call-in, followed the store pickup steps online, was several days never heard back. Showed up in person, store is locked and lights off. Ended up having to order online after a week of no response and got what I needed late. Not a happy wife on the anniversary.

Do not bother
Do not bother, charms are nothing like Pandora’s they are cheap and tacky. I have been trying to send mine back for the last 3 weeks and when you contact them by email for their return address as stated in their returns policy they do not get back to you. #rippedoff

Still awaiting refund after several weeks
I tried to place an order and my payment was declined so I assumed the order didn’t go through. The next day I had confirmation of my order so I emailed straight back to say I wanted to cancel the order as I did not wish to proceed and would like a full refund. I received an email back asking me to reconsider and I advised that I still wanted a refund. I received an email back to confirm that my refund had been processed. I have yet to receive my refund and it was weeks ago and my emails are not being responded to. So basically I have paid for something that I have not received.

BeCharming stole my Credit Card
I use Privacy.com to create free virtual credit cards to use at new or unknown online businesses. I purchased some items in Jan 2020. This card was only used once at BeCharming (ie. Charge came through as Pandoramoa.com). Today, June 25, Privacy.com alerted me that they blocked a fraudulent charge at Chipotle. Beware of using your credit card at BeCharming. Someone here is stealing card data and using or selling it
