Terrible service
I shopped your website for a couple days and realized that if I stepped away my basket would clear. When I decided to fill my basket again and move toward ordering the screen just blanked. I think this was after I logged into my amazon pay. Without receiving a confirmation, I started over again. Both my orders were drafted for 2 day shipping ($15). My second attempt worked and I received a confirmation Number. My husband got an email for two orders and I noticed my card was charge twice. I ordered on the 5th, my actual order arrived two day shipping, the 8th. I had no idea if the erroneous order would ever arrive. It finally arrived on the 15th... 6-7 days NOT 2 day shipping. I was frustrated to get a busy time every time I called customer service but I understand business delays with COVID. So I emailed via the website asking for a full refund of the erroneous order. The reason for the 1 Star is not that the website messed up or that this order came late, it’s simply how terrible the customer service was. Customer service can make or break a company and I was shocked that Pandora would respond this way... “When we receive the 2nd order, you mistakenly made, back in our facility, we will refund you the $45.00.” This was declining my request to refund shipping. This is the most passive aggressive, cheapest, insensitive response I have ever received from a company. Thank God for my Wells Fargo and how they help dispute charges. Never shopping here again.

It appears the Post Office stated on May 5th that it had insufficient address and that on the 20th you requested it to be redelivered on the 21st, but appears to still be In-Transit. I'm sorry you were unable to reach us via phone, we are limited with our staff due to Covid-19 and call volume is very high. We recommend emailing us at [email protected] to better assist you and try to see if there is any way we can help. Once it finds your order, select the item(s) you want to return or exchange and you will be able to print out a pre-paid return label to send back to us. We will get the correct size sent out for you to enjoy! Regarding the heart charm you mentioned doesn't fit, please reach out to our customer service at [email protected] so we can determine why it doesn't fit. I do see you ordered a Pandora Me charm, which is a much smaller collection from Pandora that does not fit traditional bracelets. We will do everything we can to make your order right! Thank you.

Returned item, no service
Had to return item for a larger size and that was 2 weeks ago. No item yet, and I put a note on the form asking for quick service due to birthday date.

Hello TR, I'm sorry for the delays on your exchange for a larger size. Due to Covid-19 and the safety of our staff, the turnaround time of our returns has been longer than usual. All returns have to be quarantined for the first 72 hours to ensure safety to our staff. We process the returns in the order in which we receive them and no return is opened or able to see notes until the return is being processed. Unfortunately due to the increased volume for support and the limited staff we were allowed, we were not able to turn around in our usual timeframe. It appears that we are currently out of stock of the ring size you are needing, but hopefully we can get you an alternative or ship out the new since once it is back in stock. We are sorry for the delay.

Hello Marietta, it appears someone reached out to you directly already but it does appear you ordered a Pandora Me charm, which is a much smaller collection from Pandora that does not fit on traditional bracelets. We try to make it clear on the product pages that these will only fit Pandora Me bracelets with alerts and a pop-up, but unfortunately sometimes it still is not clear. We are working to try to make it easier to understand it is from a different collection and size. We always offer free returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Thank you.

It took great effort on my part to be able to browse and purchase items. Whether from my iPhone or computer, loading, getting error pages, empty baskets after having filled it...it was quite unpleasant and difficult.

We apologize for the trouble you had registering an account, sometimes the system won't let you register an account because of a pre-existing account. If you would like, we could do a phone order for you and delete any pre-existing accounts so we can register the new one manually.

I ordered 2 rings and only received 1 of them. I emailed support and they said they sent it out and for me to double check. I said I did, and the ring wasn’t in my package and they never emailed me back. *update* after I left this review, support got back to me and even called me and sent out the replacement ring. Asked me to update my review. This is me updating it. Funny how until I left a review, they didn’t care lol only good customer service when it negatively impacts them. Either way, I got my ring. Won’t be ordering from them again.
