I wouldn't even give it one star
I wouldn't even give it one star. My mom wanted a Pandora bracelet and charms for Mother's Day this year. I ordered 5 charms and got a bracelet free for a promotion they were having. When my mom got her order 3 of the 5 charms did not fit. I had to send them back and exchange them. I was emailed and told my exchange of $50 was not enough and I would have to order another charm to avoid having to send the free bracelet back. I ordered the charm with a representative over the phone. I thought everything was fine. My mom never received the charms that were exchanged. I received yet another email from becharming saying that I owed a balance of $15.00. Here it is almost Father's Day and my mom still don't have all of her charms. This could have been avoided with better customer service. I had them on the phone. If the representative had informed me I had a balance I would have paid. Proper expectations were not set. Instead, I was misled to believe everything was finally taking care of. I am over this company and the whole ordeal. Never again
