Edited to take out names. Allurez is trying to get all my reviews taken down for technicalities like using names.
I wanted to change my order to a more expensive item and they would not give me a breakdown of the price difference. I had another number and instead of telling me how they got their number, they just said mine was wrong.
During the process of switching I told the male associate I wanted to cancel and reorder that evening. They have a 24 hour cancellation period not listed on their website! He was very pushy and insisted I just switch it instead of cancelling and reordering.
They're very difficult to get ahold of and slow to respond to emails. It's very clear between all the long holds and no returned communication, that I was not a priority. I was told someone would call me back in 1-2 hours and no one did. I called them and was on a 15 min hold, when the male associate came on he told me they'd call me in 1-2 business days because they were just too busy. They then said someone would call me back at the end of business day. I confirmed when they closed and called them 15 minutes prior because again, no one had called me. The female associate promised someone would call me shortly and she did deliver on the promise. When we discussed the issue, she said I didn't understand the math and she could see why. At this point I just wanted the order cancelled. There was pushback from them, but I kept insisting and they issued a refund quickly.
I will pay more to get this done elsewhere.
